    The Haute Dog Hotel
It is an all inclusive pet resort. They are fabulous. You really have to book ahead of time.  When I go away, I leave my dog there. It is 24 hour care. Dogs have their own little beds, and their own little rooms. They can go out and come back in. There is a pen they can go out that has a play area. They will send you pictures while you?re away. They have cameras 24 hours that are running. They have a kitchen that they prepare food, and the dogs get a little cookie at night. They said my dog that I have now was very polite, but my last dog tried to grab everybody?s cookies.  They even have a little kitty pool for the dogs. The people really care and are very nice. The people there are really knowledgeable about dogs and you feel comfortable leaving your dog there. They know the right people and they have your information, and your vet?s information. If they can?t reach your vet, there is another vet that they would call right away. You don?t have to worry about your dog. It?s clean, if your dog goes to the bathroom, they will clean it up. The price depends on the size of your dog. They also have a daycare. I would love to get into the daycare there, but it is so popular, and it is hard to get in.  I have picked my dogs up at other places, and they have been sick or just stayed in a pen the whole time or they wouldn?t take the dog out.

    Unleashed Doggie Daycare LLC
We have used all the services of Unleashed since we first got our dog a couple years ago. In short, they are fantastic! Our dog LOVES going there and when we pick her up she's usually exhausted from all the playing. The staff is friendly and very professional and the owner Chris is just awesome. I highly recommend the day care, boarding, and obedience class, but our favorite was the puppy training class. This was our first dog and we had an awful experience at a puppy class in Goshen, CT. The trainer was cold and uncaring (I think she might have hated dogs) and we ended up leaving after the second class. Chris and Unleashed was the exact opposite, the class was highly informative and fun! Our puppy loved socializing with the other dogs and we received a plethora of training tips that really helped shape our puppy into the incredible dog that she is today. I really can't say enough good things about Unleashed.

    Merryall Kennels
I picked him up today. They took great care of my dog. He cut himself while being there on his crate and the owner drove him to get medical attention and stayed with him during this. It was a deep cut that required staples. She did not charge for the driving time. I would highly recommend them. They amazing job.

    Merryall Kennels
This is a great, family-owned kennel where the owners live on-site and take great care of the dogs. You can tell that they love animals. The owner is very sweet and takes time to find out what the needs are of your dog. They are very flexible about pick-up times and their rates are reasonable compared to other local kennels that I checked out. I liked that my dog had his own outdoor run and was walked several times a day at no extra charge. My dog was healthy and happy when I picked him up. That's all you can ask for from a kennel! I will definitely use them again.

    Tail Waggers Of Litchfield, LLC
Since our dog was a rescue dog and we had only had him for about a month, I was concerned he would be depressed during his stay. On the contrary, he apparently was the star of the doggy day care and was obviously very happy with his stay. The facility is clean and pleasant. All costs are clearly stated on their web site, so there are no surprises. There is also a vet on the premises. Staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again.

We had a really good experience with them. I have absolutely no complaints. They are clean and gave our pet so much attention and understood her. There in an on site vet.

    Diamond Creek Pet Retreat LLC
They know dogs. They are very very good. They have professional trainers there. They really work with you in terms of setting up the best package for your dog. What I really like about them is the facilities are very clean. They actually have heat in the floor so your dog is in a kennel area, but your dog is definately warm. They give you the option of supplying food or you can bring in yours. They have a members plan. They ask you what kind of activities would you like for your dog. You can choose based on what your dogs preferences are. They have a very nice enclosed field area where they take the dog out. They are also very careful not to mix the dogs up to have them interact with eachother. When they care for the dog its one on one. It's very good. It's very professional. These are'nt people who decided to just open up a dog facility. They have been around for awhile. They have an indoor ring upstairs where they do training classes. They are very knowledgeable. They are expensive, but they are worth every penny to me. Its not an over the top doggy spa, it's just a good place. They really know what they are doing.

    Mine Hill Kennels
Alice and Chris are terrific. They literally treat the pups like family, so it's no problem when we need to go out of town leaving them with Mine Hill as if we were leaving them with family.

My dog became ill in the early stages of her kenneling. The kennel treated her without professional vetrinarian care and notified us 24 hours prior to pick up. The resulte was emergency vetrinarian care,  ending in  heart ache.
