I've been going there for 3 months. They do all kinds of different therapy and they are really good.

The problem with them is that we have to pay the doctor first and send them the bills and they don’t pay the entire amount.  Once I got less than 20%.

    United Health Care
The reps that I have dealt with have been helpful and responsive.  In the spring I had a colonoscopy done, which I was told would be covered by my plan.  When I checked out my claim (online - which is a nice feature), I noted that the doctor's services and facilities were covered, but the anesthesiologist's charges were not covered and I was responsible for that payment. When I questioned this, the United Health Care rep explained tto me that it was due the way the doctor's office billed the procedure.  She contaced that doctor's office for me and got the charge resubmitted so that it was covered. I now have a similar situation with a bone density test that I had done about a month ago - which should have been covered as a preventative procedure.   A United Heath Care rep is working behind the scenes with the doctor's office who ordered the test.  The rep said she would give me an update on Friday (which she did).  The issue is still not resolved, but the rep indicated she would get back to me next week (which I am sure she will).   In the last few years, I have found that if the rep said she was going to follow up, she usually did and got back to me so that I did not have to chase her down.

We get fantastic coverage through Anthem BC/BS for both medical and dental. Our price for a family of four is also very reasonable as health insurance goes, though I suspect that if you didn't have it through an employer you'd be paying top dollar. Everything we expected to be has been covered without any angry phone calls to the insurance company. Every doctor I have considered going to takes our insurance. Dentists are a little harder to find, but there are plenty that participate with Anthem. They also don't charge a copay for preventative care, which I think is awesome (although I do think it's silly that they don't consider a yearly visit to your gynecologist to be preventative care, and they charge the specialist copay to see one). My only complaint is that if you do have a question or issue, you have to wait on hold for a while. They do have a website that has a lot of good information (such as searching for a doctor or dentist), but I have had two experiences in as many months where the website has not functioned properly and I've had to call or email anyway. So if you have a problem, it's a pain, but fortunately they have great coverage and I foresee very few problems happening.

They seem to be very efficient and the staff is excellent. The procedure that I had, everything was prompt and I was in and out within 15 minutes. It was very pleasant.

    Windham Hospital
My husband and I went in the night before because of back pains. It was late and I was not dilated yet, but I did have a great deal of pain. I was allowed to just stand in a shower with warm water running over me until the pain subsided. After about an hour of this, I was checked again and I had dilated to 5 cm. I was immediately admitted and cared for. 12 hrs later, I had given birth to our daughter. The great success of the program is not the birthing experience, but the preparation services - classes, doctors visits, and the assistance following the birth. We were part of Centering classes which helped me learn about the birth and first months of a baby. These classes were fun and very informative. We got to know the doctors very well prior to the delivery and felt very comfortable with the entire staff and process.

She’s outstanding. I really like her. I like her better than any of the doctors. She’s takes a lot more time.

    Midstate Medical Group PC
They are not equiped for the most serious situation, some heart operations, but other than that. It is like a college campus. It's really nice and easy to park. It is very clean. It is a less stressful place to be as compared to a bigger hosptial. One thing about them is that their emergency room is better than a big city hospital. You don't have to wait around for hours. You go in there and you get service right away.

Reception was quick and easy.  The room was clean and comfortable.  Staff were warm, friendly, caring and competent.  My pain was well managed.  My husband felt informed.  This hospital gets 5 stars from me.  I have nothing negative to say.

They are very professional. They take care of their patients before the paperwork. They are very efficient and are excellent to deal with. In my opinion they offer the best emergency room in the area.
