    Schroder Home Improvement
Pablo Schroder and his crew were fantastic. From the first call to last check sent everything was done on time, correctly, and professionally. Good pricing and explanations especially if you dont know exactly whats going on. Very trustworthy and respectable company overall.

    Flying Colors Roofing and Painters
We could not have been happier with Steve and both of his crews. They were professional, extremely hard working, and did an incredible job on both he roof and the house painting. We would recommend them for roofing and or painting to anyone.

CRAIG & SON CREATIVE STONEWORK LLC
I have never seen better work! Craig arrived the day I called and gave me a prompt, detailed, written estimate. Once the weather permitted he gave me a day he would be here to do the job and arrived at 7:00 AM that day and started work. The work is absolutely beautiful. He and his crew finished in a timely manner and cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend!

    J Pallarino Painting
The work went great! The duration of the project was about a week. We were not in a hurry and I scheduled the July work back in June. The original date scheduled was pushed back a week or so and that is the only reason for the B rating on punctuality. Again, we were not in a hurry so it didn't affect our thoughts on James.

    Seamless Remodeling
This was the second time we hired Seamless Remodeling, because we were so pleased with their prior work last year when they remodeled a powder room for us, along with replacing many windows with premium energy efficient windows, including custom trim/carpentry work. Greg and John are totally professional from the estimating phase to project completion. They do excellent work and are a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend them and their companion business, Windows Solutions Plus.

    Flying Colors Roofing and Painters
We are very pleased with the overall project. Everything went smoothly, especially coordinating the different crews (roofers, painters, carpenters, gutters etc). All crews were very professional, polite and incredibly hard working. The overall quality of the work is excellent. I would highly recommend hiring Flying Colors!

    My Dreams Home Improvement
Julio started working on our house with two bathroom remodels. His men on the job were polite, clean & very good at their jobs. We continued to give them more projects as we could see his company & employees are very capable: they did painting, carpentry, stone step repairs, moving furniture. Julio and his men have been accommodating with every request, large or small. He intuitively knows the right way to complete projects. I made mistakes along the way with material selection, he corrects any issues with no problems no hassels. He and his staff are truly good men to work with.

    Lecla Home Improvements LLC
The project went swimmingly. LECLA's proprietor, Mr. Luis Clavijo, was prompt to respond to my initial call, to meet me for a site visit, to provide a proposal and to answer follow-up questions. When we agreed on the project scope and price (I note that Mr. Clavijo, unlike some other contractors, was open to making some reasonable changes to his standard form contract), he was able to schedule the job start date within two weeks. The day before work began, the roofing materials were delivered to my driveway (a minor error in color of drip edge was quickly rectified and did not delay the work.) The following day the crew of 5 arrived about 15 minutes before the agreed-upon 7:30 a.m. start time and at 7:30 hit the ground running. They protected shrubs, plantings, patio furniture and deck before starting work and, evidencing considerable experience, performed like a well-oiled machine with different workers removing the old roof, carting debris to the dumpster, and preparing and hauling the new roofing materials to where needed. The coordination was equally evident when the crew began the new roof installation, as plywood, flashing, underlayments and shingles, etc. work was performed in sequence by several crew members following each other. The old roof was removed quickly and installation of the new underlayment, drip edges, flashing, ridge vent and shingles on the main roof (along with replacement of some sheets of damaged existing plywood) was done by the end of Day One. The entire roof was done by the end of Day Two and cedar shakes, with new flashing and associated trim carpentry, and final clean-up were complete on Day Three. From the start, it was clear that LECLA's 5-man crew knew what they were doing. They wore safety harnesses, boots and, for those working below, safety helmets; they measured carefully, used chalk lines and wood guides to maintain straight lines for the roof and cedar shingles and handled power tools with confidence. LECLA had its own trucks to deliver its crew and tools (no other vehicles crowding driveway) and to deliver and haul away the dumpster. I was at home during nearly all of the work and observed that the crew quickly and safely got heavy materials to the roof by hoist, took few and short breaks, were pleasant and responsive in my few interactions, and put in full days of work. The roof looks great and, although no rain, much less a storm, has hit yet, it appears ready to protect my home when they inevitably do. I tip my hat to Mr. Clavijo and his crew for a job well done at a bid price that was neither the lowest nor the highest I elicited. It was a pleasure dealing with LECLA and I will call upon them again should another project arise. I otherwise recommend LECLA to other homeowners looking to have similar work performed.

    Pro Painters
Jacob and his team were terrific! Jacob explained every part of the process before starting - and provided benjamin moore color wheels so that we could select colors. We could not decide between two colors - so Jacob came by to paint test patches on the house. Once we had decided, he power washed everything, removed and replaced rotten shingles and trim boards, primed everything - and then painted 2-3 coats of the final color. He also removed the old doors and screens from our screened porch, painted all surfaces, and then replaced the doors and screens. The house and the porch look terrific - and I would highly recommend Jacob - and we will definitely be calling him for our next painting project.

    A & A Painting & Carpentry Co
Iniial work was done on time and looked like it was done well. Agreed on a fixed price for additional work but after it was done the painter wanted additional funds since it took him longer than expected. I refused to pay since it was a fixed price. As an alternative I gave him some additional work at a fair price. However he tried to make back the money by taking shortcuts and NOT doing the work ordered. The real issue was that the paint started to peal within 6 months. Since he guaranteed the work for a year, we called him and came out and said he would repair the work. Many calls and messages failed to bring him out. You can verify the pealing by visiting my house since it has gotten worse.
