    Within the company I found one or two technicians that I regularly use that makes my personal experience incredibly good. Since the technicians are kind of hit or miss, unless I get exactly the right one, then I'm potentially in the right spot. I can request for the technician I want but I pay a huge premium to do that. I'm totally fine with signing up with their yearly maintenance package plan and getting the premium, but I can get the technicians that I found to be very good. I run multiple properties in the area and I just kind of learned which technicians are good.

    The service technician showed up and right from the start he told my wife that we needed to do work on the system that would cost hundreds of dollars. i was not home at the time, so she called me. when i spoke to the Sila representative over the phone, i asked him if he had inspected either the inside or outside A/C components. Believe it or not, he said 'not yet'. So he was trying to up sell even before looking at the equipment. He also asked my wife to pay for the tune up service, even though it was pre-paid through Angies list.

    Upul is very experienced in geothermal systems. The service session turned into an education session for me. He did a thorough examination of our large system consisting of 8 geothermal units. After he was told the broken unit was under warranty, he contracted the carrier directly to get the repair cost cover. Upul is patient and pleasant to work with. We definitely will use him again.

    The provider did a thorough check up on our large geothermal system which consists of 8 zones. With lots of knowledge and experience in geothermal systems, he explained patiently how components in the system work together. As soon as he was told the broken unit was covered under warranty, he worked independently with the unit carrier to have the repair work covered at no cost to us. Upul was professional and pleasant. We will definitely use him again.

    Company contacted to perform routine service. Technician responded and proceeded to service heating system. After leaving, system was not working and contact was made to advise company of problem. New technician (more experienced ) sent and proceeded to damage plumbing causing damage to system and surrounding area.

    The repair person was prompt and professional, and the work was well-done. My only complaint is that they came to do an A/C tune-up, and discovered I needed some repair work. I have no problem with them charging me for the visit and for the services rendered, but they charged me twice for call - once for the tune-up and again for the repair work, although they were already on site, when they determined I needed repair work. It seems like a rip-off.

    They were a disaster. 
    1.  After they left us with a mess, we learned that they had used scare tactics and that there was no need to replace the entire air handler.
    2.  The system that they installed didn't function properly.  They completely miswired the new air handler.  The job was so unprofessional that the person repairing it said that he had never seen anyone do such an incompetent job.  They left the door to the air handler in a manner such that it would not close, causing substantial air flow to be diverted away from the air ducts, substantially reducing air flow and causing serious air flow problems in our home. 
    3.  We gave them multiple opportunities to fix the problems that they left behind.  They failed repeatedly
    4.  Their employees were rude and threatening.

    It is amazing that when you reach out to a company that you currently use for oil that it is this difficult to get even a call back for installation of a propane tank. When I first called Petro to have someone come out to look at my house, it took four calls over a week plus to get the installer to call me back. Then, after they came to the house, I tried calling them back to set up an installation, it's taken three days, two phone calls, and I've been told the installer is in meetings for "two days" and they're unsure when he'll call me back. As a current customer, I would have expected better from Petro. I initially went with them thinking that they are a huge company that would be able to have someone on the case in situations like these immediately. Apparently, that isn't the case, and I simply get the run-around time after time. It's certainly led me to believe I need to go somewhere else for propane, as they do not want my business. I'll also be re-evaluating Petro for heating oil service after this situation.

    It went very well, both Carl and Mike worked very hard, one night ��even till early hours of morning to get the job done. They are professional, smart, energetic and do their work with pride and passion. They explained everything clearly and were responsive to questions and comments. Excellent attitude and technically competent. Not the cheapest guys around but they got the job done pretty good. ��Also, it helps that both of them are big and strong and can tackle heavy duty situations like moving out the old boiler that must have weighed about the same as a small car.
