AGove Restoration LLCOutstanding! Gove Restoration is an outstanding contractor. From the initial estimate, through construction and the final walk through, Adam Gove and his team operate as true professionals. Their knowledge of the industry, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer service is unmatched. We hired Gove Restoration to make our 1st floor enclosed porch and 2nd floor open-air porch in our circa 1757 home structurally sound, stable and usable. The foundation, walls, floor and ceiling suffered considerable rot and were on the verge of collapsing from water damage through the years caused by incorrectly placed gutters (which they also fixed). The process was straightforward and top-notch. Adam was on the job site constantly. Any concerns or questions throughout the process were addressed immediately and issues were resolved quickly and thoughtfully with our budget in mind. Adam’s crew are all well experienced in their trade, are courteous, and their workmanship is excellent. Gove Restoration made a project that I was dreading remarkably pleasant and stress-free. We are incredibly happy with how the double porch turned out. Thank you for turning a dilapidated, unusable space into a safe, functioning area my family and I now enjoy daily. They used time efficiently, informed us at the start of and at the end of the workday about our project, and kept us informed of the progression of our siding installation all within the challenging confines of the Coronavirus pandemic. We’ll be asking Jeremy and his expert team to assist us again in the future and we highly recommend Sensible Home Products for anyone considering home improvements. Our siding has now been tested by wind, pounding rain, and a 20” snowfall. Our home stayed cooler in the Summer, it’s warmer this Winter, and starting in May 2020, is also much quieter, keeping the everyday noise of activity in our neighborhood outside. APhoenician Home Improvement LLCChoosing a siding contractor was difficult. I did not know anything about siding, and the range in prices was incredible. Phoenician's price was on the low side, less than half of the highest priced contractors. The higher priced contractors emphasized that they offer higher quality materials and craftsmanship. I assumed in going with Tony and Phoenician, I was compromising high quality work and materials for price. Boy was I wrong. Tony's crew was exceptional, professional, and wonderful. These guys were pros. They performed a miracle, transforming my shabby-looking house into a magnificent home. They used Certainteed Monogram. Time will tell, but it certainly looks beautiful, and it is thicker than most if not all other vinyl siding. They used aluminum trim, which I understand is expensive. Tony talked me out of getting the more expensive insulated siding, saying I did not need it given the 1 inch insulation that existed on my home. Tony was not high-pressure at all. I feel very fortunate that I went with Tony and his crew. I highly recommend Phoenician.- Stephen H.

In September a storm had damaged and pulled off vinyl siding on our home, I had never filed a claim on our homeowners before and had no idea what to expect. Filed the claim online and then started search for a siding company. Jeremy responded quickly, was very personable and explained the process that would take place with the insurance company and how he would help to get the insurance company to do the right thing and cover our entire siding replacement as the siding we had was old and could not be matched, he was spot on. Jeremy even spoke to our adjuster and came to our house to inspect the damage with the adjuster and advocate for us. He wasn’t pushy or trying to get us to sign a contract. I’ve always been told you should get at least 3 estimates so I did. We went with Sensible Home Products for many reasons; quality of previous jobs completed, Jeremy’s passion and insight on how to make our home look beautiful, his persistent efforts in dealing with our insurance company, and we also loved that all the work was done by his own guys and not contracted out. Jeremy’s crew started on time each day, were extremely polite, very proficient and did incredible work. At the end of each day things were clean and neat. The workers treated our home as if it were their own, a rarity these days. Jeremy called or stopped by almost everyday to check in with his crew and us to make sure we were happy with the work being done. Our home came out beautiful, we could not have asked for better quality workmanship. Jeremy delivered top end craftsmanship work and overall experience from start to finish. ASensible Home ProductsThere are SEVERAL reasons to hire this company for your vinyl siding but if you walk away with only 1 thing from this review, it's this. Owner, Jeremy Groll, and his team TREAT YOUR HOME AS IF IT'S THEIR OWN. And what else could you ever possibly want in a contractor? From the attention to detail, to friendliness and courtesy, to keeping the whole property clean day in and day out, and not to mention the quality and craftmanship, we really couldn't ask for more. But here's the deal, we did get more. Not only did we get everything mentioned above, but as you can imagine in a large project involving stripping down old cedar siding on an 80 yr old home, we found surprises. And Jeremy and his crew took these all in stride without a hiccup. There were never any shortcuts, no band-aids, no fixes that left you questioning where your hard-earned money was going, but instead, we got expert and creative solutions. To this day, I joke with Jeremy (half-seriously) that he needs to change the company name to Sensible Home Solutions, because that's what his team brings to the table. You want someone to come in and install some vinyl product for cheap, there are plenty of other contractors out there. But they won't address your real challenges and concerns with nearly the same attention and care that this company will. The last thing I'll mention, and you'll see this across several reviews, Jeremy and his team treated my whole family with the utmost respect while they were with us for this project. My kids loved coming out to see what the team was working on every day, and it was always smiles all around. Jeremy himself has become a friend of the family and we've stayed connected even with the project fully complete. While Jeremy does have a few crews, which I'm sure are all just as amazing as the crew we were fortunate enough to have work on our project, I wouldn't feel right not recognizing Eugene, Anatoly and Sergei, who worked wonders with our siding and windows. AEXTERIOR DESIGN SPECIALISTS INCDan Cashman did a very professional job helping us plan to have aluminum siding replaced with vinyl about 5-8 years ago, including adding window and door trim. Many people have commented since then on how lovely our home looks. Just this month, we called Mr. Cashman to find out how to get a replacement fin for the dryer exhaust, and he brought out a new fin and installed it free of charge. He also gave us extra fins in case one ever breaks again in the future.- Lesley M.

AExteriors of CT recently replaced the 40-year-old windows in our colonial home. It’s difficult to imagine someone tearing out over twenty sash windows, two large picture windows, a kitchen window, and a French door without ruining the siding, destroying the interior trim, and generally making a mess of things. Not a lick of wood, hardware, or any material remained on site when they finished. The crew applied their many years of experience to the project, setting the new windows, insulating, and then silicone caulking. Really, for the multiple quotes I received, this project was so reasonable my spouse took me to Block Island on the savings. Great work. Fair price. Mostly, though, we felt cared for during the job. They know what they’re doing and they are kind in their work. Recommend without hesitation.
