AMichael's Carpenter Ant & Termite Services, LLCMichael showed up when he said he would, He walked around the entire perimeter of our house evaluating both the foundation/sill area as well as soffit and chimney areas for any possible holes which mice could take advantage of. He then came inside the house (following Covid protocols) to evaluate the basement from the inside. He mentioned a few things of which we should be aware but there was nothing needing immediate action. He presented a service they could provide but never pressured us to do anything. He clearly explained everything that would be done as well as how mice generally gain access. I would recommend them to handle any sort of pest control.- Mark F.

ATARGET PEST CONTROL LLCIt went well the first time he came and sprayed all around the house's foundation in April and for one fee he guarantees his work through the end of the year. So he came back a second time when the ants resurfaced and sprayed again. Then in mid-July when we began replacing windows on our back porch, and removed the siding and insulation, we found two huge nests and he came within one hour of our phone call and sprayed everything he could see at that point. He is very polite, respectful, explains his services very clearly and arrives promptly. We are very pleased with his work.- Leonard T.

FAfter several attempts via through Angie's email and calling, this vendor did not respond in any way to any requests for communication. With my desire to have what I thought was a recommended vendor provide at least an estimate for a major much needed clean up of my neglected lawn and yard due to the inability to it myself (health issues), I also sought to have regular maintenance year round but received zero responses from this vendor. If a vendor is too busy or can no longer accept new customers, they should at very least be courteous and professional enough to respond with an answer, no matter what it may be. Don't waste your time with this vendor!!
