  I couldn't have asked for a better job. She showed up on time and had all her own cleaning supplies. She is dog friendly. My house looks amazing. She even cleaned the oven and refrigerator. An awesome job!! Wow!!

  They lift up my furniture and everything and go under with the vacuum. When they do the job, they're good. I don't know what to say because they don't come back. I can't rely on them. If they're going to continue to charge me the same price, that's a good price. I don't mind paying $99. They're not responding to me. They're not calling me back. They're not showing up. I would love to use them again, but I'm afraid they're going to do that to me again. I can't seem to find another cleaning company that does what they do. They pick up the furniture. They vacuum underneath it. It's spotless when they leave. I was looking online, and they were having a special with the pricing. I've used them quite a few times. Not one right after the other, but maybe every three months. It was different girls. I want someone that is always the same, but I can't seem to get that. It took them the amount of time that they said it was going to take. My house is small. With two girls they give you two hours, and with one they give you four. So it took two hours. One girl worked on the kitchen, then the living room, then the bathroom, and then vacuuming. If they had extra time they were going to do extra things, but they were so detailed in what they were doing. They did inside the refrigerator. Anything that I needed, they didn't have a question about. They just did it.

  He took the old light out and put the new light in. I went to a home improvement store and bought the light. He put it in. He is an electrician, but all of his son's are different. One is a plumber, etc. If I have any problems I know I'm going to call him.

  Very well. Mauricio has been cleaning the house for years. He has been helping in the yard for the last three. He and Christina have also helped with parties. They have been great, they are always on time and pleasant to be around.

  Crew did not have a set time just day which would of been nice to have a time frame when scheduled or day before. Crew was friendly asked what we wanted to have done. Team was efficient worked fast excellent job on cleaning. You use again for all of our cleaning needs

  I made contact to schedule the cleaning and received a prompt response to let me know when they would be in.  The day of service I get a message 10 minutes after their "arrival window" expired to say that they are on the way.  I then get a message to call them once they were 35 minutes late.  They had the wrong address and was 30 minutes away.  That really wasn't the issue.  I could care less that they were late.  Gabe had two people with him instead of one and told me that with the second person, their job is charged at 2 hours each for a total of 4 hours.  Even that, I didn't care.  Fine, two people for two hours.  Double the labor, half the time.  What upsets me is that the owner did not establish what fees, if any, are charged once the time expires.  Moreover, why wouldn't the cleaning staff OR Gabe, contact me once the time expired to see if I wanted the services continued and paid for OR to say the job was done and they can pack up and go home.  Instead, Gabe arrives back to the house 3 hours once they begin and tell me that I owe them for an extra hours worth of labor priced at $42.50.  When I questioned why he didn't establish an overtime amount or even an option to stop the work once the time was expired he began telling me that Angie's List takes a huge cut of the deal and they don't make any money off of it.  I know how the deals work.  It is a deal that YOU established to the site to promote your services and to make ongoing accounts.  Why would you use Angie's List as the excuse to force the hand of your potential client to pay you more.  Gabe then changed the amount from $42.50 to $60 for the hour after he explainedThe work done was fine.  They did a nice job.  They forgot a few things in the bathroom like the light fixtures above the sinks, but all in all, their cleaning was fine.  But the worst thing you can do is to ask for money that I did not approve an amount for or have approval for me to pay.  I hope the $60 was worth losing a return client.
  It's really a shame because the cleaning was good.  I will never use this company again because of unprofessional and unscrupulous business practices.

  Belle Home Housecleaning

  The service was excellent.  They accomplished much more than i thought they would be able to in the time they had.  I booked the 4 hour special that was advertised on Angie's list as my guests' arrival date was approaching faster than my available time to clean the house.  I expected that 4 hours would allow enough time to spruce the bathrooms, the kitchen and possibly the floors.  The Belle team did all that and more.  Every floor in the house was swept, the halls and living room were dusted, counter tops where i had been piling stuff were organized and even the dog's blankets were folded neatly and stacked on her bed.  I'm very happy with the work that was done and will do business with them again.

  Sparkle Cleaning Service

  Josephine has been cleaning my house for 5 years and has always been a total and trustworthy professional.  I recommend her whole-heartedly.  She is also friendly and has been flexible when I needed to switch days.  For the care she takes, her rates seem very reasonable.  Her card says "no job too big." I know this is true because she cleaned out a friend's father's apartment when he had to move and that job was BIG.  She also cleans apartments at tenant turn-over and some offices in the area.

  Belle Home Housecleaning

  I sent out several emails through angieslist trying to find someone to come clean my house on short notice because both the husband and myself had been sick with the flu and a large party was scheduled for our house this weekend.  Belles was the only one to respond immediately.  She rearranged her staff to accommodate me and then stayed later to be sure it was finished.  Everything downstairs was scrubbed, polished and sparkled.  I am looking forward to a long relationship with them now as I don't clean that well anymore.  I would recommend them to anyone.  Thanks Karen for alleviating one huge stress.
