AGUTTERS PLUSHe came down and inspected the gutter guard to see if he could deal with it. He said he could and went up and found that screws had broken causing the gutter guard to break away. Some birds decided to build a nest there. He removed the nest and fixed the guard. I was very pleased.- Roy B.

ABest Connecticut RoofingThey not only did an excellent job of removing the old shingles and replacing with new ones but installed copper chimney flashing, zinc strips on every side of every roof peak to prevent mold and mildew growth on the shingles, installed additional roof peak vents and removed and replaced our gutter guards. They did all of this at the most reasonable price of the 3 roofers we had that quoted the work. A very hard working crew that spent 12 hours on the job the first day. Jose quoted the job as a 3 day job but the hard working crew finished all this in a day and a half. We looked at many of the references he provided us and could plainly see he did quality work, including a couple of million dollar homes. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.- Frank & Lisa C.

They even went above and beyond and cleaned the gutters in which leaves had accumulated, including those on the second floor roof of my colonial style home. ACTGutterPro, LLCAndre was punctual and professional. He was also a CHAMP---just minutes into the job he uncovered a bee's nest and was stung several times (a real risk when up high on a ladder). Rather than take a break, complain or even pack it up to go, he asked for bug spray, sprayed the nest and charged ahead, all with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about this true PRO. CRear gutter leaks in the middle of the run were it didn't leak before. This is leaving a stain on the side of the house that was just painted. The end cap to one of the gutters leaks at an interior corner which is also creating a water issue. One of the down spouts is crooked not even close to being straight. Overall the gutters are worse than what I had before. The only reason I changed them was because the house was being painted and wanted the gutters to be new, not painted over. The gutters are very loud when it rains, which I don't understand. One of the downspouts leading into another gutter splashes out which was never like that before. Been trying to get someone to come out for over a week. Finally got a response and they are coming out hopefully this week just to look at it. I will update if all the issues are corrected.

FI used these guys for over a year maybe close to 2. They had keys to my 10 units where they would service in the event of any tenant maintenance calls. After so much time I trusted them, and prepaid $5,600 for future invoices. Shortly after this, they stopped maintaining my units, started writing me nasty emails, stopped picking up the phone. Just old fashioned scammers. Don't be fooled by the high road they present. Terrible people. They also disconnected the tenant autolocks so my tenants were locked out of their apartments. They won't return the keys I've given them and causing significant damage to my business. I can't believe I'm finding myself in this position with someone that got me so good. And they still owe me a lot of money.
