2 toilets flush valves leaking on both toilets

Phil got back to me within minutes of my message to him through Angie’s List. Described my problem, we agreed on a price. He was there within 30 minutes. Phil is very friendly. Handled my issue very fast and courteous. I was very happy. Would use him again.

Replaced and relocated whole hose water filter system with upgraded unit and new piping.

After a bit of phone tag, Phil was able to come out the very next day. Showed up right at the scheduled time and was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. He fully explained how the new system and bypass worked, as well as the process to change the filter. Our water pressure was noticeably better immediately and the relocated filter is much easier to access and change. Would definitely call him again for any other related needs.

Very well. Phil went above and beyond to explain exactly what he planned to do and how it would work, very patient and we were pleased with the end result.

Dishwasher water line leaking,could not shut it off. Called Phil, Plumbers Plus, (plus rip off artist, his friends and family must be writing the good reviews on these sites) He WAS NOT AMAZING with us seniors, shame on him.

All he kept saying was this job was going to cost you, we said we'd pay, my husband even said cash, Phil said "how much do you have", I said we have enough while my husband said how he just went to the ATM, $500 he took out before we got home to find this mess, water running down into our garage. After Phil heard that, he stopped the leak and said OK, I am done, it's $500, no receipt did he give us, I gave him a piece of paper and he scribbled his name and $500 on it.

Water heater installed and shower handle internals replaced.

Phil was very responsive from the first phone call, very polite and explained what options were available. The work was performed flawlessly (Phil is meticulous) and no issues after the fact. I would definitely call Phil for any future plumbing needs.

I needed a new kitchen faucet and new water pipes in my basement.

When we talked on the phone there were some questions that I was not able to answer so I offered to have someone call him right back that would be able to answer everything correctly and he declined and stated he would be at my home the following week to look at the job but never showed up and never called back. I never called him back either because he made a few sarcastic remarks on the phone when I couldn't answer all his questions.

Replaced two shut off valves in the basement.

Phil is a master at his craft. He gave me a quote before starting the work and that was the price I paid. He did a great job and left the area clean. Phil pointed out some potential problems and offered suggestions with no pressure to do anything now. He is personable and professional and I will call on him again for future needs.
