Everything was great until my husband came home missing our dog’s tag. When he called the establishment, the employees said they would look around and call him back. We honestly don’t know how the key ring that held the tag even came off the collar, as it was heavy duty. Anyway, my husband went down to pick it up. It was tremendously stretched out. It was very obvious this happened due to a very strong force. When my husband asked what happened, they gave no answers and had no explanation. This left us extremely worried and uncomfortable about the goings ons of this establishment behind closed doors.

I have had my elderly golden boarded at Waggin Tales twice in the past year. Both times my girl was well cared for. She ate well and had many opportunities to exercise out in the yard with the other doggies. She also really loves fetching the balls that the staff throw for her. The staff text daily pics of my girl to me which I love! Great experience. I highly recommend!

It went well, they where very thorough.  They cut her nails, also my dog was limping for

three days and the vet checked her padding and it was red, so she prescribed an antibiotic for my dog.

So far everything is going well.  I would suggest, even though it's a busy place to always do follow up

calls on the pets to make sure the pet is doing well indeed.  Overall, I would certainly go back.

They were WONDERFUL.  First time we had boarded our dog in the over 2 years we've had her.  A large fenced in yard and  a 15 minute play time one on one.  Large runs with air conditioning and music playing 24/7.  Staff that we met were very caring and when I called a couple of times from vacation, were very detailed in how she was doing.  The extra play times were 30 min. and I had one "water playtime"  They fill a kid's pool to let the dogs go in to play.  You can bring your own food, or they provide food without extra charge.
Best kennel I've ever used and would HIGHLY recommend for anyone who loves their fur-friends.  They were great when we asked for a tour unannounced - place is very clean and cat area is downstairs and you could not hear the dogs barking.  Love this place and will definitely use again !!

They are testing my dogs urine for a urinary tract infection.

They did not cut her nails like we had asked them to.

I would not recommend anyone to go there, the prices are

very high and the quality is poor.

Awesome!! They were quick, both cats were ready in 2 hours. The cats were not stressed at all. They came out very nice and they use all natural products. Very friendly and professional. You can tell they like what they do. Excellent service!!

I took their insurance plan, so I don't think that I have paid anything. They meet my expectations, there is nothing special. It's easy to get an appointment and they seem to be thorough and friendly.

I adopted a new rescue dog that came from a puppy mill. Maggie had a rough first 7 years in a cage and poor treatment and care. She was very timid and not trusting of humans. My first visit to the Wolcott Veterinary clinic ...we both were nervous. The staff and doctors were all great. Very professional and courteous and very understanding of Maggie's timidness and fear. They gave her a full checkup, heartguard, frontline, and lyme disease vaccine. I felt very good after the visit. I had to go back about one month later as Maggie got an ear infection (I felt horrible!) and they explained it wasn't my fault and that it is common with puppy mill dogs. They gave her some ear medicine and after 2 weeks she was great. I would recommend this facility, as they are very compassionate with the animals and run the clinic in a very organized and professional manner.

I recently adopted a recue dog who had a sad life in a puppy mill. Lived in a cage her whole life. So, she was very timid and I was concerned that groomimg her would be traumatic. However, she did very well thanks to the gentleness and care of Deb, the owner. She gently groomed her bit by bit and allowed me to stay and talk with the dog as she proceeded. Maggie, my new dog, handled it well. Deb groomed her, washed her, cleaned her ears (which was a top priority for me since Maggie had an ear infection just a few weeks before), and also helped me apply the ear cleaning solution and also my monthly ointment for ticks, etc. to Maggie.I would go back again as she was very professional, very good with my timid dog, and the facility was clean and spacious and had top notch equipment.

WONDERFUL! They all have a wonderful time and come out looking great and she even makes them little scarves to go around their necks to add to the cuteness. She does exactly what you want and if your dog is too matted she will tell you and/ call you and she takes real good care of them!
