• It went very well. I was concerned that the urine smell would not be extracted from the fabric--but it was. We needed the work done before Thanksgiving and they were able to accommodate us very nicely. They confirmed and reconfirmed our appointment to make sure we would be home. Great customer service and VERY friendly. Would definitively use them again.

• the work was adequate, not sparkling, and there was not enough time to finish. Was supposed to be one person for 8 hours, but instead was 2 people for 4 hours . Neither person spoke a word of English and I do not speak Portuguese so communicating was VERY difficult. Head woman seemed annoyed the whole time. At the very end when time was up, she called the office and they explained to me the situation on her cell phone. Would have been much better if they had coordinated our communication from the beginning.

• It went very well. The team was very friendly and had very excellent communication skills. Cleaned all the shedding of our little dogs. It was dusty and by the time they were done I couldn't even recognize the place anymore. With regards to time they were very punctual and took the responsibility of making some phone calls throughout the whole process they were answering their phones and text messages I had left them at the time. We were very pleased with their work and we trusted our house with them as we gave them our keys and just left to do some errands nothing was stolen and or broken in the process. Just before they left my mother is a cancer patient they offered us some prayer and to this day my mother is out of the hospital out of chemo and we are very grateful to them for that day they came over and not only cleaned the house but also became like angels to comfort and bring a smile into our faces again.

• Started cleaning when I was unable to do any work after having a child. We met them through a mutual friends? referral. Needless to say, these guys were excellent. And given that we had a small child, they used some eco-friendly products that were safe for me and my family. They are also usually on time, and even when they are running behind, they do an excellent job of letting us know as soon as they can.

• They reconnected the dryer vent hose to the outside. It had disconnected from the outlet causing the room to get heated and dusty. They checked the connection from inside and outside. Then they cleaned the lint from the hose and inside the dryer.

• You are in and out. This is a well-oiled machine. Very professional service. 
  I am not thrilled with the attention to detail such as properly wiping out door sills. Also, my floor mat was left quite wet. Had I not had the rubber mat down, I would have been irritated with that.

• It was great!  Steve's was on time and very polite and professional.  His van has both clean and dirty water tanks, so everything is just self contained!  The couch was cleaned and was dry within 2 hours.  Same with the rug:  a good wash and dry shortly after.  The cleaning on the couch even removed various oils and grime that was building up on the arms of the couch.  I hadn't noticed it before, but I sure noticed the after!  AND ALL OF THE CAT PEE SMELL WAS GONE!!!  HOORAY!!!  Well worth the $125 to get my sanity back!!  Thanks Steve!
