    Very poor experience. Called last week for stove repair. If there was a call back last week, when I returned call it went to fax machine noise. Called again yesterday, got answering service, no call back or text. Called again today, now its Friday 1 pm Answering service gave me attitude when asked how soon I could get at call back....explained that because it is Friday, and I will need to try someone else if I cant get a response soon. Could not get any info as to how soon I might get a call, along with attitude. Ugh

    Matt came and looked at the job we talked options and costs .he was honest and up front  we agreed on a date and time on the set day Justin and Brad were on time and very polite they worked non stop putting in the shower and cleaned every thing up Jeremiah came in in the afternoon and put up sheet rock he also worked non stop and cleaned up these men did a awesome Job they are all Pro's I would use there services again

    Larry diagnosed the problem and installed genuine factory parts. Additionally, he gives a 6 year guarantee on the parts which is more than most. Once we called we didn't have to wait very long for him to show up. On top of that Larry is a very friendly and personable guy. He does great work and he is very pleasant to be around. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home appliance repaired.

    We had a problem with the appliances because we overloaded. The recent job was 6 months ago and we spent $65 to $95. I like that they fixed the issues for us, they were prompt and they know exactly what do to meaning if it's electrical or mechanical. They do it all.

    Jim was very professional, from the very quick call-back to showing up on time for the appointment, right through fixing the dishwasher quickly and without any extra add-ons.  He diagnosed the issue and was able to perform the repair without needing any parts (door was out of line).  Even after the repair was finished, I had a question about the bill and Jim was again very responsive and took the time to explain the charges to my satisfaction.  Excellent work!

    John arrived within the time window that was promised. He spent some time inspecting the freezer and was honest about the cost of a new compressor and labor being close to the cost of a new freezer. We agreed that purchasing a new freezer was our best option. I wrote him a check for the house call and he left about 45 minutes after arriving. This is the second time we've had John work on one of our appliances. The last was before we joined Angies' list. He did a good job repairing our stove that time and was very reasonable on the labor cost.
