APerfectView Remodeling LLCPerfect View (and Lou's team) did a great job start to finish on our fairly extensive remodel. His team turned three separate rooms (Kitchen / Living Room / Dining Room) into one big open concept modern kitchen-living-dining room combination. This included new sky-lights, exterior doors, and almost 1,600 sq-ft of new flooring. The job started and finished on-time, and the team cleaned up every day after they were finished. Lou and his team did a number of things through the project to make sure that all would go smoothly (including leaving a generator here after the hurricane knocked out power for a week). ASantos Roofing and Home ImprovementSantos was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He showed up and did a very thorough inspection to determine what the issue with our roof was. He gave a detailed explanation of the work he would do and was prompt with his estimate. He was very personable and professional. He showed up on time and worked very efficiently with his crew. He found other issues as the job went along and explained everything in detail and was able to do the extra repair work that same day. He and his crew were attentive to COVID precautions and wore masks anytime they were in the home. Santos cleaned up every little bit of construction debris before leaving. First, ProKitchens was recommended by a close friend who said the owner was fair, honest and affordable. I could not agree more! Adrian, the owner, helped me come up with the perfect layout for my kitchen - from a beautiful design, to working within my budget, to high quality and timely execution. The best part is he has his own showroom where you can meet to review and evolve the plans, look at samples of cabinetry and more. Adrian handled the entire job, from designing, to manufacturing the cabinets at his shop, to installing. Adrian uses technology to demonstrate the layout through panoramic model which gave me a comfort level with the look and feel before the work began. Also, a major point, is that Adrian is proactive and responsive in communicating with his clients. I would always receive a prompt reply to my inquiry or concern. I never felt like I was just "another customer". Overall, Adrian, is passionate about what he does and is a perfectionist in the best of ways. He is collaborative and keeps the process creative, fluid and evolutionary, which can be hard to find in a contractor. ARibeiro's did an amazing job remodeling our basement. They told us what they were doing each step of the way, to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. They also had great suggestions for items that we were on the fence about or were not sure what to do with a certain space. They always arrived when they said they would. They would often text us to let us know they were on their way. Beside the basic framing, drywall and painting, they created a beautiful wood topped counter area with storage shelving and an amazing office work area with space for a computer and all the peripherals that go along with it. They laid down beautiful flooring and finished it with crown molding. They were truly partners in this remodeling, not just contractors. I highly recommend them for any home improvement projects!

AAll positive from start to finish , all the Betterment Construction Crew, Dave, Tommy, Unc, Bert, Tony, Kevin, Chris, Jeff and EVERYONE else that helped to make our house a home again !! 6 months into a total first floor remodel with another contractor, who failed us and did not complete the job and also what little was done, wasn’t done to code nor done correctly. Found Dave, Betterment Construction on Angies List and working with the Betterment Crew was awesome !! Dave responded right away, we spoke in length regarding the situation , without hesitation he came over to evaluate the house. Dave immediately went over everything, I mean every inch of our house mind you it’s approx 1600 sf and every room on the first floor was not completed or had to be redone. Mind you we had no functioning kitchen, bathroom, electrical, plumbing, and flooring just to name a few, but the list continues on the entire first floor. EVERYTHING the Betterment Construction Crew said they would do was delivered and more. They treated our home as if it was their own. Always professional, considerate, courteous, reliable and meticulous with their work from start to finish, honestly a pleasure to work with! Dave always was in communication with us through every step of the way as well as the crew working in our home. As we watched them daily put our home back together, no words can describe it to see and feel the compassion and the hard work they’ve shown and given us through this entire process. We can’t begin to thank the Betterment Construction Crew for making our home beautiful and happy again. Their crew and their work speaks volumes, will always use and highly recommend Betterment Construction for all and any Home Improvement needs !!
