What I liked the most about A1 was how easy it was to get a quote, how fast the quote turned around and how professional Andrew was on the phone and responsive via text messaging. When it came time to do the work, he showed up promptly and wore a mask the entire time he was working, same with the electrician. They finished the job quickly with little to no disruption in the house, which was important while I was working from home.- Steve K.

AHomeguard EnvironmentalUnfortunatley, our 3 year old was found to have elevated levels of lead in her blood. We were contacted by the Health Department an order to abate. We contacted Homeguard, we had heard good things about them from my cousin that used then for asbestos abatement work. My cousin told me that they were easy to work with and very patient. She said they were very nice people. This was true for both the office staff and the techicians who were at my home for about 8 days. The cost, compared to other estiimates, was reasonable. The project was completed as promised. We were very happy because this could have been a nightmare.- Shakema T.

APioneer EnvironmentalExcellently. I could not ask for more. I'm a landlord, and my previous tenant trashed the place, with the electricity having been shut off for months by the time I got in there. The place was musty, dirty, damp, and had four couches in a 1200 square foot house, including one in the basement. (I mean, really, who has four couches?) Dogs were left and a good samaritan let them out and took them to be adopted. But just imagine the problems with smell and such. Pioneer got there two days sooner than anticipated and cleaned it out in day. They were sensitive to my needs as a landlord who needed to get it rented ASAP. They got it done and fast. When a tree fell down in our backyard and damaged our outdoor shed, it took months to find a repair company that was even willing to come out and provide an estimate. As soon as I contacted Spaces LLC, I knew I had finally found the right company to work with — the process was quick, easy, and painless from start to finish! The owner, Andrew Stoddard, was extremely prompt and always there to answer any question or concern. Andrew’s general contractor, Eric Madel, came out to my property within a week of the initial on-site estimate. AI would definitely hire Shoreline Environmental, again, if I needed to. This company sent two employees to do the job who were extremely polite, consciencious and skilled at renovation (carpentry and sheet rock) as well as mold removal. Soup to nuts. They wore protective masks whenever they were in my home whether or not in the basement or house. Their demeanor on the job was very professional. They re-explained what they were doing for containment to prevent mold spores from escaping. Prior to the job, the owner, Mark DeAngelis, thoroughly explained the process from beginning to end. We had two companies to choose from and chose this company because they were safe and able to do the complete job from remediation to renovation. The other company would have left us with the bare studs. Also, Mark did not have a high pressure approach and was patient with our repetitive questions. And he threw in a couple more repairs at no cost since they were there, already! During the job I learned that Mark's employees were employed for a very, very long time by Mark. NOT fly by nights! They had a mutual respect for each other which showed positively in their work attitudes. I have hired many companies and this one is a keeper!

AOn a this last Sunday morning we woke up to a dead well pump and no water. We have a small horse farm and need lots of water. So, getting their name from Angie's list, at 9 am i called H2O and told them of our problem. They said a technician would call me right back. Not more than 10 minuets later i got a call from "Ted". He told me he was calling from his KAYAK!! on the Connecticut river but said he would be here in an hour!! He arrived with the H20 truck, pumps pipes wire etc. He left the Kayak home. By 2 pm, we had a new well pump installed complete with new wiring and well cap, and best of all....water. They deserve a better than an A rating....i give them an A+++ Dave

AThe job went very quickly and professionally. There has not been any leakage at all. The job was completed in April of 2017. This review is based on three years of rain fall (heavy at times) and melting snow. I would hire them again without question
