  Mauricio and his team were excellent! Very professional, thorough and affordable. The house looked and smelled great when they finished. They didn't avoid tough spots (cabinets, tub, toilet and refridge), rather spent extra time on the areas that likely needed the most attention. I highly recommend this company.

  Cleaned two floors in my home which included 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, family room, kitchen and dining room. Washed all floors, emptied all trash, cleaned three exit door stairs and foyer, vacuumed four sets of stairs, dusted. They do an amazing job every time them come, very punctual and flexible as I have a crazy schedule. Would highly recommend them.

  Before the work began the owners assesed  the scope of the work. They advised that it would probably run over the contracted time of eight hous (two people for 4 hours). I agreed to pay for any time over the contracted 8 hours. I commend them on establishing the expectations and addressing any additional potential costs up front. I hate surprises. 
  Two personell showed up on time. We had recently remodeled the kitchen so there was a lot of dust everywhere.  They vacuumed and dusted 4 bedrooms, stairs, landing, linving room, dining room and family room. They also cleaned all the windows inside and out (fold-in windows). Two full baths were also cleaned.
  When I hire outside contractors, I expect a thorough and professional job, and I am happy to say Sparkling Cleaning lived up to those expectations. They accomplished everything in 4 hours, so I did not have to pay for additional time. Both my wife and I were very happy with the work they done.
  The only negative was they did not bring along a vacuum and had hardly any cleaning supplies. Luckily, we have a good working vaccum and lots of cleaning supplies ( we have a very messy 3 yr old boy and a somewhat less messy 5 year old girl). The owners should probably advise homeowners that they need to provide a vacuum and cleaning supplies.

  I felt that the young lady did a good job.  When I came home from work, the floors and the bathrooms were clean and those were my primary concerns.  The area that I wanted cleaned was about 2200 sq feet so there was a good bit of work to be done.  I have hired Sparkling Cleaning to clean my home on an every 2 week basis and hope to enjoy a good relationship with them!
