    They're a big automobile dealership and it depends on what mechanic you get, what kind of service you get. They're not exceptional.  I've never had a real problem with them, but they're just a general automobile dealership and I haven't had any real problems, but I'm not 100%; I don't think they deserve an A.  Their cost is right up there with all the rest of the dealers, but a dealer usually is a little bit more pricey than the average neighborhood mechanic which works on all types of cars.  With the new, modern cars you kind of have to take them back to the dealer because everything's computerized and all special tools and everything, but you pay for it, you know?  It was fine; no problems.  It's just a regular auto dealership, that's all.  The price varies, depending on if they rotate tires.  It depends what they do.  I had a headlight changed and it cost $200 to change the headlight, and they didn't aim it.  Now it's pointing down towards the road and the next time I go back I'm going to have to have them readjust the headlight.  They replaced the element, but they never adjusted it properly.  So that's the kind of stuff you get from dealerships; you've got to keep on them to get what you want right.  Now they won't argue with me - they'll just do it - but it's a pain in the neck that the thing hasn't been working fine since the first time I got it done.  They'll take care of the problem, but they create the problems in the beginning.  I don't find any dealership acting much different.  It depends on the mechanic that does the work.  I would say they should check out their work after it's done - maybe some kind of a system where  somebody higher up checks over the job to make sure it's done right.  I don't know.  But the do make mistakes and so far they've just been mistakes that are easily corrected.  Sometimes the smaller shops pay more attention to detail than the bigger shops do.  I've never had a problem with their punctuality.

    David Theroux did an amazing.  Not only did he fix my car, he dealt with my insurance and kept me updated throughout the whole process.  He went above and beyond what I expected.

    I dropped off the car to replace the windshield which was confirmed the day before as to having the windshield in stock. Find out the windshield is not in stock when I dropped off the car and then picked up the car to have it serviced later. I
    asked them to order a particular brand as I the reviews on safe light windshield was not great. They said they would order it and never got the call back to reschedule as the manager said he would.
    I am not going back. Will have it replaced at a non franchise business. as they are looking to push their cheap winsheild.

    Went well, this facility is a little pricey, but overall, their quality of work cannot be beaten.  They give a written estimate also.  They always check my car over, check my brakes too. If there is an issue with the car, you can drop off overnight, leave keys in the dropbox.  The same 2 guys have owned it for over 20 years, and are extremely trustworthy.  We have been going there for 15 years.

    I generally do all service on my vehicle, however, when my vehicle's
    transmission began acting up I decided to take it to Wallingford Tire
    and Auto as they are local and were recommended by a family member.  To make a
    long story short, I paid $189 to be told that they don't work on
    transmissions and send those repairs out.  Had I been told upfront that
    they don't work on transmissions I would have brought it somewhere else
    and saved myself that "testing fee" as I already knew and conveyed to them what was wrong
    with it.  The fee they were going to charge was much more than what I actually paid from a shop I could deal with directly, not having to deal with them as the "middle man".

    I GOT PULLED OVER, ticketed, etc!  Spent 3 hours at DMV main office (Hamden, CT) and STILL am NOT DONE!! Because AAA's "GUARANTEE" was never ever!! followed through on!!   Called today . . Branch Manager - completely argumentative that the document I have IN HAND!!! does NOT say they WILL notify DMV of address change for registration renewal, etc!
    Total cost:  Approximately 300.00 with fees, ticket, etc!  THANKS FOR NOTHING AAA!

    We highly recommend Red's Auto Repair. They’re very honest and they won’t do work on your car unless it’s necessary. They’re not looking to rip people off. We’ve had all our cars there. There’s a mechanic, his name is Tommy, he’s done excellent work and kept our cars on the road for a very long time, kept them in great shape. They’ve done everything that you will do in a car like tires, breaks, body work and others. They’re hourly labor rate is pretty much in line with everybody in the area. Other than that, they’re just really nice guys. You’ll spend time there while waiting on your cars, which is OK. The thing that I really appreciate is that they’re not going to do work on your car not unless you actually need it.

    The work was fine, but they charged me OVER list price for the parts. When I complained, the service writer told me that he had no control over it because the parts department sets the prices. That is a bunch of BS. This really aggravated me and left a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer use Executive for service.

    Being going to Frenchy's for about 26 years. They are very good mechanics and you can trust them. They would never shaft you. They are not cheap. What mechanic is, but they are trustworthy, skillful and knowledgable. Joe and his dad are good men.

    The service was great, it was fine. I use them pretty much exclusively. I never had any problems there at all. They're knowledgeable and very helpful. I think they're fairly priced, they may be a little higher than others but I think they're better quality. I went there 2 to 3 weeks ago.
