    They have done a ton of work for me and do everything.  They have serviced my car, changed my oil and even fixed a dent from a hit and run.  You can't even tell there was a dent after they were done with my car.  They do high quality work. They are very honest, professional, reasonably priced and I have bought a used car from them too. They have good quality cars.  My sister has bought over 3 cars from them.

    Doug Theroux is very "old school" and does a repair job right from beginning to end.  From help dealing with the adjuster to setting up a rental vehicle he handles everything, and does so very well.  Theroux makes every effort to get you the right parts at the right price and makes sure the insurance company pays to repair your car back the way it was pre-accident.

    Zoels came highly recommended to us by someone who loves and takes fantastic care of their cars.  We decided to go with them when we needed some major body work done due to a tree falling on the car. 

    We had just bought the car a week before the tree fell on it, so it was in pristine condition beforehand.  When the car was ready, we were disappointed in the results.  At a glance, it looked great.  Looking closer, the dash was very scratched up, as was the area around the gear shifter.  The interior of the car was extremely dusty, there was paint on the rear windows of the car.  The upholstery has dirt stains on it that it didn't have before.  There was broken glass in the glove compartments.  I brought the scratches on the dash and the dust and dirt up to the staff, they took it back to vacuum again (there was still glass in the glove compartments after this, I found that later) and try to "melt" the dash a little to get rid of the worst of the scratches.  The response about the scratches on the dash was "that's a huge job".  But I think the dash most likely was scratched as they removed the damaged windshield, which means they should have fixed it without charging  (we have pictures of the damage caused by the tree).

    As it was, they said they were going to "contact our insurance" about the scratches on the dash.  The insurance agent never got back to us.  We decided to let it drop because we couldn't go longer without our car, we had already had to do without it for a month. 

    Every time I sit in the car as a passenger I notice something else that makes me think the interior of the car wasn't quite put back together as tightly as it should have been.  Seams don't look like they are lining up correctly.  To be fair, I might not have noticed exactly how the car "fit together" on the inside as much before the tree fell on it because we had only had it for a week.  But parts just don't seem right.
