AADMIRAL MOVING & STORAGE INCAdmiral did an excellent job in our move to a 55 and older Condo in Glastonbury in 2017. Shortly after the move, we discovered our dining room table would not extend. Admiral immediately dispatched a excellent repair man who quickly resolved this issue. This move included a Sleep Number bed. Over the last three years, we have noticed this bed beginning to slide on the support making it difficult for my wife to get in and out. Several calls to Sleep Number resulted in being told that it would likely cost in the area of $500 to be repaired. In desperation, my wife called Admiral to see if there was anything they could do. Even though it was three years after the move, Mark from Admiral sent their repair person to our Condo the very next day. This gentleman reviewed the situation and within 20 minutes had resolved the problem saving us considerable expense. Now that was absolutely above and beyond customer service - three years after the move. We could not be happier with Admiral's service and would highly recommend them to anyone.- David C.

AAbsolute PackersI have used Absolute Packers twice and they have done an excellent job. Excellent communication right from true start, professional and courteous, and they cleaned up when the job was done. All my items arrived in great condition and were placed in the rooms I requested. Kareem and his crew even stayed to help assemble beds so we could sleep that night. Best part is he beat the best quote i had received by 10%! I highly recommend!- Raqual M.

AMarie's MoversThe gentleman that moved me were incredibly professional, clean and efficient. I have personal experience working for a moving company and I called them in a pinch because I thought I’d be able to do it myself. I was wrong! They showed up not knowing what stage we were at packing and we’re. Otho g short of impressive. I would highly recommend Marie’s to friends and family. AFinishline MoversI needed a full packing and move due to the fact that I was out of the country. FinishLine moving& storage had a full crew come to my apartment and work until 2am packing everything for me then drove everything 1 hour to their storage facility where they took another hour unloading everything into the unit. They also preformed a full cleaning service to the entire apartment before they left. John & Justin seriously stepped up to the plate and helped me when I needed them most. This Father and son family owned business truly takes amazing care of their customers and I am blessed to have found them and hired them. AFinishline MoversI hired this company in late February, just before COVID lockdown. I was very happy with the job they did. They were extremely careful with all my furniture and belongings and treated them as if they were their own. Moving in hours were restricted in my building, but they made arrangements to insure everything was delivered safely. Justin even returned to repair an item that accidentally broke in transit. From start to finish, I was treated with utmost courtesy, consideration and honesty. They were on time, and did everything they said they would. These guys went above and beyond. DI recommend strongly against using BQ Transport for your move. My experience with them was a disaster from start to finish. I moved 6 months ago, and I'm still cleaning up the mess created by this mediocre business. -BQ gave me the cheapest quote of any company (~$2K), but ultimately charged me more than double their estimate (~$4K). They'll likely respond to this and say that my quote didn't account for the number of boxes I had, but the number of boxes they quoted were based on their own estimate of what fits in a one-bedroom apartment -BQ dented my desk and scratched the floor of my new house. When I submitted a claim for the floor (pictures included), they denied that it was their fault and blamed it on me. I now have to pay to fix the floor that their team ruined -The movers told me they would arrive at my new house a full week before they actually showed up. When they did show up, they gave me about 5 minutes notice during a work day. Terribly organized communication. -Almost every single time I emailed them, I had to follow up 2 or 3 times before I got a response. There was zero proactive communication from them. -They credited me the small amount of $100 for desk damage, but didn't tell me they did so. After I asked a few times, they mentioned that they sent the check to my OLD address. I don't understand how the company that moved you could mess up your address
