AMaia's CleaningI had an incredible experience with Maia's cleaning. I live in a 4 room apt in New Haven that hasn't been deeply cleaned in a long time. Dalila and her team went above and beyond what I asked for. A lot of dust has accumulated in certain neglected areas of the place. They got to all of them. They cleaned every surface in the apartment, rearranged items in a neat and organized way that made total sense. My apartment feels like new and it's such a weight off my back. I've hired Maia's cleaning to come clean my apartment twice a month now. Worth every penny. I highly recommend to anyone.- Robert D.

ASparkling Cleaning Services LLCThe lady who arrived to do a deep cleaning for my bathroom; did an amazing job! I’m definitely hiring for more services to be completed in the near future. I highly recommend, please always get clarification in regards to hours and cost prior to hiring. Apparently, it’s a 3hr at minimum ($50 per hour) so, if the person cleaning your selected location takes less than 3hrs it’s expected of the customer to pay for 3hrs ($150) this wasn’t communicated to me. However, because I was 100% pleased by the services provided I will be hiring for more services again.- Charlene S.

FSCAM! They take your money and then cancel their phone line. After charging my credit card and arranging a time, I received a text 20 minutes before the appointment saying it was cancelled due to a "pro call off", whatever that means. When I tried to respond to reschedule, the number is no longer in service. When I tried to email asking for a refund, they refused to refund my credit card because their fine print says I can't reschedule withing 24 hrs of the appointment...even though THEY were the ones that cancelled it. I've emailed twice for a refund with no result. I'm now contacting the state's consumer fraud hotline.

ABruce did an excellent job of washing our windows - inside & out! Bruce promptly answered my emails and returned calls. When he knew he would be a bit late to our house, he called me to let me know when he would arrive. We live in a very old house and have very large windows - not a simple task for one person to clean. Our windows have never looked so clean. He went above and beyond by cleaning our storm door windows. I would definitely hire Bruce again.
