They're usually pretty good on availability. There are some people that work for her that don't have any personality whatsoever. She is personable. You can talk to her. Usually, the wait is about 10 minutes.

They are very good. I have been going to them for over 20 years. I have an appointment with them next month. The doctor is very thorough, and I am able to get appointments when it is convenient. They keep me informed if they send me for any blood tests or any type of a test, they call and give me the results. They have a new thing where we can communicate on the computer for refills of subscriptions and things. They have been prompt. I go to Dr. Casarini, and if she is not there, the other doctors will respond, and if I call for a refill when she is not there, they will respond with the pharmacy. The staff is wonderful, and they bill the insurance company, and take care of all that. I have no complaints about them.

Dr. Bey is the most caring and skilled physician. He always takes the time to answer all of my questions and to discuss all of my concerns about my health. No matter how busy he may be, he never rushes my appointment and usually spends about 45 minutes with me during an office visit. He is very thorough and extremely adept at diagnosing medical conditions that other doctors might have given up on figuring out. Also, I've never had to wait very long (in the waiting room). The usual wait time is about 5-10 minutes.

I like the physician assistants there. They are actually smarter than the doctors there. They are great. They are very human. They talk to the patients politely. They are very thorough, smart, and interested as opposed to most doctors. They don't want to hear about anything else apart from what they are doing.

    1. the provider was always running late and one time they schedule an appointment and the doctor was on vacation.2. the provider was an adequate doctor - he did listen to all of my issues, provided some resolutions, but never thoroughly followed through3. the office receptionist was horrible, inefficient, lacked any redeeming qualities toward the patients4. the office manager (not sure of the actual title) was someone who really tried to fix issues, has a wonderful personality and if it weren't for all these other issues I believe she could have convinced me to stay on as a patient.5. All of the doctor's assistants were pleasant, easy to work with and did their job with pretty much the same routine (no issues there).6. Angie the nurse practitioner refused to listen to me or respond properly to a second opinion and treated the doctor of the second opinion like he was a quack (even though she is not a doctor herself). I did not like her, did not respect her and refused to see her any more based on her lack of knowledge, ability to look up reasons for changing medication, etc. I give her a straight out F.7. When I asked for a celiac sprue test because I have two siblings and my mother who have the disease, the doctor looked at me and said you don't have that, but I will recommend the tests. How by looking at me could he tell whether I had it or not? It is true that tests came back negative, but I went to another doctor who had me tested for food sensitivities which can have some of the same symptoms and discovered that I am sensitive many foods or ingredients like yeast which is in bread and milk, that is also in bread. So it was not the wheat that I had the problem with but other ingredients.8. I will say that when I initially went to him I wanted to lose weight and he suggested that I look at my diet and tweak what I was eating. I did this and was able to lose 10 pounds. After a year I was stalled in my weight loss and go no more suggestions, information, or follow-through even though I would mention it in my visits. The thing that was preventing me from losing the weight was the food sensitivities that I mentioned in #7 above. In conclusion, I feel that the doctor did not actually listen to me on all issues, that his office had scheduling issues, that he was unconcerned that patients waited over an hour for visits, that his receptionist should have either been trained how to deal with patients and schedule her time better. I feel that Angie should have been instructed to research the medication that was being changed and how it would better assist the patient's individual needs, not prescribe in a blanket form. Needless to say I have left this physician, but I am looking for someone who lets the patient be the driver of their health, but will work in full coordination with the whole picture and not just the most urgent issue as they see it at the time of the care. I did like Dr. Schifferdecker, but the issues out weighed my ability to stay with this doctor. I go to a doctor assist in making the the healthiest person I can be through exercise, diet, medical numbers and medications that actually work for me, not the run of the mill advice. Thanks for providing this forum. I sincerely, hope that it will help Doctors do a better job. I know if this is the level of service I provided at my job, I would be let go. I never tire of doing research to find the best possible solution at my job. I wish doctors would do the same.

She is fair. I pretty much tell her what I need and she agrees with me. She is friendly. Overall, not very professional. Availability is not bad because I can see other doctors in that practice.
