I went to Auto-Bon and they serviced my BMW M3.  I was there the end of December 2015.  It cost $1800 but they did a whole slew of things including 4 new tires and mounting and balancing and rotating.  There was some service that was long over due and I did it all at once.  They're fantastic.  I went to them because it's my BMW and I was going to a place in Hampton but that's way too far away so I use these guys and I take my Subaru and Toyota truck to them too.  They're very responsive.  It ended up taking multiple days to do it but it worked out terrific.  I can't say enough good things about them.

When I made the appointment the woman on the phone was very friendly. When I dropped off my car they were very nice and repairs were done in a timely manner. On pick they explained what they did and why. As a female not knowing a lot about cars I felt very knowledgable when I left. Great family owned business. Will go back.

The work was done very professionally...they worked with me to minimize our costs. The only issue was they were suppose to leave the car outside for me to pick it up once the work was complete...when I showed up they forgot to do that...a minor inconvenience.

I have used UAB many times over the years. Pat ( the owner) is very courteous and professional. He stands behind his work and delivers on time. Pat is also very civic minded and gives back a lot to the community through various charities and organizations. This is important to me and adds to the list of reasons why I would highly recommend Unionville Auto Body

The quality of the work done was excellent. I believe the price to be high both times I went in for service. They led me to believe the price of the work was going to be about $1100 and when I got there to pay they were going to charge me about $1850. When I inhaled deeply in shock they all of the sudden gave me 10% off because and quot;there was enough margin there.and quot; On the tires, they do not buy tires and install them themselves. They drive to a local tire store and have them do it. That seems strange. So I'm paying them to do what I could have done myself. In summary, great work quality but at their prices why not go to the dealer?

The price they quoted me was half of what the other 3 other quotes. There was a little delay because the original fender they order came in damaged so they had to reorder, but it was only an extra day and for the price, the quality of the work was very good.

My husband had his vehicle serviced for 3 years there.  The first faux  pas was his right rear brake was worn and the inspection was stated to come up with nothing.  A week later he returned for a brake job and they admitted they missed it, which means he paid for an inspection that was not thorough enough to catch the obvious.  Paid money for what then?   The second faux pas happened around December 2011 when a new service manager tried very hard to satisfy but the work staff failed to locate
and install a headlight bulb.  In that same service event, he had an oil change and they charge double the previous change for the same work on a particular part.  He says they play well on the sale but their delivery is less than par for the money.  He has not returned since and cites trust issues and feels like the placating is a poor substitute for  telling him they did something and charged more than he feels it's worth.  He says it's irritating to see commercials on television stating how the owner wants to hear about these things and he goes on to say, years back he tried to convey a message on a similar event, and the  person on the phone, presumably the guy in the commercial, did nothing. Preferences now go to dealers in Hartford and Waterbury.  He says even though they act fairly professional you do not get that solid feeling of a good value.  Even if they came to say they'd make it all right for a nominal fee or for a no charge good will event he absolutely would not trust this.  They lost him as a customer forever.

Liz was very low key, and not pushy as a sales person. She truly wanted us to have the car we wanted, and made sure that we were pleased with it upon delivery. She took time to go over the cars features when we were about to take the car home, to make sure we were all set and answered any questions we had about warrantees or options. We actually almost bought a second car from her 2 months later, when we had a sudden need for a second car (a used one though) and she was so helpful, even offering to bring a car down from one of their other dealerships if we wanted to test it. Although we weren't able to buy the second car from her (simply by the options I needed that the used cars on the lot didn't have) I would definitely go back there the next time I need a vehicle. The service staff is wonderful and even did some research to Ford on my behalf for an option I was hoping to add to the car. (Still waiting to see if Ford will allow it to be put in without voiding warrantee)I would highly recommend this dealership.

In addition to the warrantee items that have been done on this vehicle (we bought a used SUV), I recently had them install a GM trailer hitch and they did a wonderful job. George, Keith, and Sal and the rest of the service staff are always professional, polite and attentive. They have my car ready when promised, and have not questioned the issues I had with the car. They have fixed my problems quickly and accurately, and they have loaner cars while your car is being worked on. Robin is professional in arranging for loaner cars to meet individual needs. Many other dealers we looked at didn't offer this service, and it made a difference when we purchased the car. Ed Soares in sales was friendly, helpful,  and attentive, but not over bearing. He didn't try to talk down other dealers, just showed me how professional and dignified salesmen should act. Each time I have shown up at the dealership, Ed has stopped to say hi. Because most of my contact has been for warrantee items, I can attest to the fact that they even called a dealer in Florida for me (when I was traveling and had a strut go bad) and they reviewed my warrantee coverage to make sure that I wasn't charged for the repair.  Now that is a dealership that cares about you after the sale! I mean they weren't gonna get paid for helping me in Florida, but John, the service manager, was adament about making sure that I was taken care of at the Florida dealer. If it had not been for Scranton, I would have been charged over $300 by the Florida dealer for a part they refused to admit was under full warrantee. Not until Scranton stepped in, did they admit that I owed nothing. Thank you Scranton for supporting your customers.

My car is still under warranty so I didn't spend anything. I did not like the service. My brakes are squinching again. The locks are broken again. They are not the friendliest. I am supposed to be getting a rental car with this car. They gave me a real hard time. I have several kids so I cannot be without a rental car. When I got there, my rental car wasn't there. They told me they weren't giving me one for the day. It was terrible. They did work with me, but they didn't really care to make me happy. There is one guy there who is definitely one of the nicer guys to work with. I don't remember his name. Everybody else was lackadaisical. I did pay for my brakes. I didn't pay for any of the locks or anything else to get fixed. I had to call 3 times before they even called me back. They are the only ones in the area so it's hard, but I am going to try not to use them.
