Three men came to do the work and completed it in a few hours. They left the lawn immaculate afterwards and made sure not to leave ruts in the yard from their equipment. All of the broken part of the tree that had come down was removed to my satisfaction.

They arrived on time, worked extremely hard for the hours they were here, maintained the integrity of the trees while clearing away all of the dead branches which were overgrowing our yard and patio.  When they were done, we felt as though we had been given back our yard.

Worked with Travis and he has been in touch with us and responsive to any questions we have had. Worked out a plan for our patio that we could afford and stuck to the budget. We have been very pleased so far and cant wait to have it installed!

Awful, he plowed the one car we had in the driveway so that we couldn't get out.  The snow mounds that he left in front of my handicapped wifes car, froze and I could NOT get her car out.  He did offer to come out and fix it, but didn't even know what I was talking about and with three feet of rock hard frozen snow in front of my new car I was afraid he would damage my car.  Any plow guy worth their salt would have back-bladed the snow AWAY from the car THEN plowed in onto the grass, which by the way he dug up huge chunks of grass off of my lawn.  I would never use him again or recommend him. $50 per plow and my driveway isn't even 25 feet!!!

A very professional group of workers. They performed the service, 4 very large oak trees (36'+ in diameter) and a med sized maple, in a safe and expedient manner. The clean up was better then I expected, with all wood removed. My wife and l could not be happier. Use them for all your tree needs.

During the initial walk-through with the designer, for installing the front walk, and the landscaping, I pointed out to the designer that I did not want to use the drainage that I had for the front gutters.  It was routed to a plastic corrugated pipe that ran under the driveway and merged with the downspouts at the back of the house and routed to the wetlands at the back of my property.  I told the designer that I was not confident the integrity of the underground piping because of some of the sinkholes that I have.  I told him that I was planning on getting a rain barrel to handle the water from the front and that I had already rerouted the downspouts at the rear of the house, be he told me not to worry about it and that they would take care of it.  I came home from work and discovered they had reused the underground drain and told me that they had found the end of it and it was working properly, but it was not routed fully to the wetlands at the back of the property.   I reluctantly consented to allow them to continue to use this drain if they would finish routing it all of the way to the back of the property.  Burnett's uncovered the drain from the downspouts and found the piping was separated and the side from the house was 8 inches lower than the pipe running out the back of the yard.  I expected Burnett's to hand the problem, but all they did was throw a pallet over the hole along with a maker.  Salem Safe Lawns then started the work of spreading the top soil I purchased, then seeding the area, and when I asked when the hole was going to be repaired the young man told me that Burnett's would address that.   When hurricane Sandy was predicted to drop six inches of rain on us, I wanted the hold fixed before storm.  I contacted Burnett's Landscaping but could not get a hold of my designer.  Burnett's gave me his cell phone and I left him a message but he has never returned my call.  With no support from Burnett's and little time left I filled the hole with 400 lbs. gravel and covered it with the little dirt that was available.  I pulled the front downspout from the underground drain and temporarily installed a flexible drain pipe that I routed to the drain onto the drive wave, and ordered a rain barrel.  I still have not been contacted by Burnett's and no one ever came back to fix the drain issue. The work they did complete was superb but they left me with a mess in my back yard that I will have to address next spring.  For this reason, I could not recommend them to do more work for me.

They perform a terrific job and their cleanup is excellent.  The workers consist of kids between the ages of twenty to twenty three who are very attentive to their work and know what they are doing.  They are located close to me and not far away which is the reason I chose them.  The person who owns the company knows a lot about trees.  They are very professional and do not want to just cut the trees down to make money.  There were a few trees I wanted to cut down but they advised me against doing so, saying they were healthy trees which looked very attractive.  They charge a little more than some companies which are not so professional.  Their pricing was justified based on the equipment they used to perform the work.  They have a lot of big equipment and choppers which are very expensive.    They were able to perform certain work which some small outfits could not.  I like their efficiency and the way they work together.  It is very interesting watching the way they go about things.   I would use them again in the future.

I explained over the phone that I had a small room full of wood, doors, carpet, etc., from a construction and remodeling project to be taken to the dump. Josh arrived on time and was eager to load his truck without any help (though I offered). For a modest $50 per load (from which he paid the $10 dump fee) he filled his truck three times, returning the second time with another man who helped out and sped the process significantly. After removing all of the refuse, Josh and his colleague were adamant about sweeping up after them and leaving everything in great shape. Joshua's Lawncare & Odd Jobs is a new business, started very recently by Josh Hill, who is eager and willing to get the job done to build up his customer base. I would recommend him to anyone in the area who needs yard cleanup, dump runs, etc.
