    CROWLEY RV
We purchased an 2019 in May of 2020 When the mechanic demonstrated the generator he said that it sounded bad because it didn't have a load on it. After boondocking without a functioning generator we brought it in for service. It needed a fuel filter and new carburetor. It took them a week to repair it. After research it was probably old fuel that was not treated. The mechanic should have known by the sound what the problem was. I am a HS teacher and after a few Google searches I figured it out. Luckily it was under warranty. But we want to go out west for a month trip and want it to function properly. It is new!

    CROWLEY RV
I purchased a class c to travel this summer. So far it's been in the shop as much as I have had it on the road. Don't purchase from them unless you do not plan on using your vehicle.

    CROWLEY RV
I was new to driving the large RV and rolled into a stone wall while turning around.  The fiberglass cracked like an egg.  I taped it up and brought it to Crowley RV the Winnebago dealer near my home.   The Dealer was very professional and handled it quickly and expertly.  The coach looked like it was never damaged and the paint still looks great over a year later.  They did so well that when I noticed so sun damage on the eaves of the Motorhome I returned to have them fix that in the Fall of 2014.   I just did a beginning of the season washdown of the vehicle and all of the coach looks like it is just a few years old, still shiny like new.   The Service Manager, Ryan, was very courteous and professional.    I plan to continue to deal with them for my Winnebago needs.  I met Mr. Crowley one day when we were both at a local radio station to conduct some business and I complimented him on his great team at the RV Center.

We are very happy. They are very thorough. They are very expensive. They check everything. Their work is very good. They are very accommodating to us.

    CAMPER'S BARN OF KINGSTON
We purchased a Jayco popup camper from another RV sales company in Albany.  We are happy with the Jayco product, but needed some warantee work done on it after the top wouldn't go up while we were on vacation.  The "other company's" service department was rude and refused to work on our camper for 6 weeks.  That means not only was our vacation ruined,  the rest of our summer would be ruined.  Even Jayco tried to talk to them, but they were adament that they couldn't work on it.Campers Barn came to our rescue.  Even though we didn't buy the popup there, they fit us into their busy schedule and did the repair. We will be retiring in a few years and plan to tour the country with larger RV, not a popup.  We will be buying the new RV from Campers Barn.

I needed some specific replacement parts for my RV, they were readily able to identify the needed parts, ordered them for me, and had them available at the indicated date/time.

    LEE'S AUTO RANCH
The first part of the experience was that after they had had the RV for eight days, having promising to have the work done within a week (we had travel plans), they had done none of the work. When I returned the RV after our (shortened) trip, I spoke to the service manager about my concerns and he promised to keep an eye on the work. When they called to say the RV was ready, I returned to pick it up and discovered several issues: 1. The quality of the roof replacement was not what I had expected (there were many and quot;air bubblesand quot; and several places where it was evident that dirt or debris had been left on the substrate when the new roof was applied). 2. The all-weather cover for the new vent fan had not been installed. 3. The rear window seal had not been reset or repaired. 4. Someone had apparently stepped on one of the windshield wipers and pushed it out of position (badly). 5. There were streaks of the roof adhesive on two of the windows. I aranged to meet with the manager I had previously spoken with. 1. He assured me that the roof membrane replacement was just fine and that they warranteed their work. Note that no written warrantee was provided. 2. I told him to not bother ordering the all-weather cover for the vent (they had not gotten around to ordering it yet!). I have subsequently purchased and installed an all-weather cover - at a much better price than they had proposed. 3. He reset the rear window seal. 4. He had the windshield wiper reset in its proper place. 5. He had the adhesive residue cleaned up (properly, I hope). I did not realize that they had not checked out the generator until I had occasion to run it - and had to trouble-shoot and correct the problem myself. Over-all, I have found that the people there are friendly and knowledgeable, but there is a notable lack of attention to detail with regard to carrying out the work requested. Further, there seems to be little oversight of the work by the service writer or management resulting in quality issues. I have dealt with their head technician, and he is very good, but some of the other techs apparently don't share his attention to detail; or quality standards. Their prices for some of the work seemed higher than I had expected, but I do not feel that there was any deception on their part, just a lack of understanding/communication between us.

    CROWLEY RV
There is no way to capture the devastating work that Crowley RV did on our Roadtrek 190 Versatile. To say the least it was returned to us in much worse conditions than when we dropped it of. After 6 weeks, Crowley returned our RV with a large scrape across the windshield, and glass from replacing 3 front-overhead windows broken all over the floor. The work they did on replacing our window seals was beyond amateur and the windows still leak!!!!! While doing the reseal they cut into the fiberglass roof leaving light shining through, and also made a cut in the headliner fabric. They also reported worthless batteries were fine to go on a long road trip and attached a brand new battery (upon our request) to an old, corroded battery (very unprofessional). Also failed to detect severe mouse damage despite paying $500 for a full used RV inspection. Have failed to reimburse $ thus far and refusing to pay for repairs of their work.

WHEN I WENT TO CHECK ON THE CAMPER 2 WEEKS AGO ONE OF THE STABILIZING JACKS DID NOT HAVE A BOARD UNDER IT AND WAS TWISTING. I HAVE CALLED THEM AND LEFT MESSAGES 4 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. I PAID THEM $500 AND I AM A SENIOR. I WILL HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE TO FIX IT FOR ME.
