    I called up All American Appliance and they were able to come out the following day to determine the issue. The next day the repair guy diagnosed and said it could be either the thermistor or control panel. Both would need to be ordered and he would order both just in case. The control panel he warned would be about $100 more than the thermistor. He said the parts would be in in two days. True to his word, they were and the following days he came out and tried the thermistor first. That fixed the washer and we were and are still good to go.

    Lori and Bob came out and were awesome. They went right to work and explained everything as they went. They also took the time to explain how to use the new Washer and Dryer which was very helpful as there are so many settings it can get confusing. I would highly recommend this company.

    Bob got back to us quickly and was able to come that same day. He showed me what the problem was with the washer and had good information about washers and dryers. If any other appliance breaks or needs installation he will be the person I call. Very impressed, highly recommend.

    I called Reliable Appliance based on reviews from Angie?s List. Call was on a mid-Friday afternoon and was answered by Robert, the owner. Explained that I had two problems, most immediate was that my washing machine died and that my refrigerator was leaking. Bob was willing to come that very day but we scheduled for the following day. Bob called 15 minutes before arrival as he said he would. After inspecting the washer, doing a few tests and asking a few questions he determined that the motor was shot and that it was not worth the investment to repair although he would fix it if I wanted him to.
    I chose to just get a new one. The washer was still filled with water and Bob kindly drained it for me which he did not have to do.
    Next, we moved on to the refrigerator. After opening the freezer and taking one look inside, he suspected that, based on the make and model (a 1 year old machine) it was likely just a clogged drain, a weak point of design. It took some time to pull apart but he was right on target. Showed me the rubber joint where the clog was and squeezed out a sesame seed sized obstruction. Once put back together the leak was fixed.
    It was clear from the moment he arrived that Bob is very knowledgeable about his craft, is very friendly and cares about doing a quality job. At every step of the way Bob explained what he was doing and why. When asked about a replacement for the washer, he gave me sound advice and a short list of brands that he recommended. When he gave me the bill, I was very pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced his services are especially for the quality results I received. I would recommend Reliable Appliance to anyone in the area.

    Excellent.  Bob came out to diagnose the problem, and actually did tests to clearly identify and verify the problem.  He then ordered the part, called me when it came in and scheduled a time to install it.  It all went very smoothly.  This is the second time I have used him and I can't recommend him enough .. excellent work, great guy, I'm very happy.

    They came out three times did not fix it but charge us $275. We then call sear who came out and told us what the problem was. But it could not be fix. Jeffs,s never even check out the unit like the sear tec did to find out what was the problems was.

    The technician said a spring had come unattached and he had to reattach it. A month later it was broken again. We called a different company to fix it and found out that instead of putting a new spring on, the Donnelly's technician reattached the old rusted one. Also anything you buy from Donnelly's store is non returnable. NO exceptions.

    The service was free as it was under warranty.  The pump cost was $100.   They are absolutely wonderful.  I have used them before.  They are very knowledgeable.  They come out pretty quickly and when they say they will.  I definitely use then in them in the future.

    I actually found the company through Angie's List and used the online message system to contact them. I promptly received a phone call the next morning to schedule an appointment. Not having a specific time in mind due to my schedule, I was supposed to return their call and continually forgot to do so. I was pleasantly surprised when I received another call to follow-up to my original inquiry. This call was not pushy and I appreciated them reaching out to me, especially since I still needed my dishwasher fixed. This occurred on a Friday and I was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I dealt with Marty and he was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Not only did he quickly confirm how the piece from the top rack had broken off but he suggested a simple fix that did not require me ordering a new part, waiting for it to come in and then having to schedule another appointment. I appreciated this as it saved me both time and money. In addition, he shared many helpful hints on how to get the most out of our dishwasher and ensure our dishes would come out clean every time. I was only charged the standard service charge ($85) and a half hour of labor ($50).

    I would highly recommend this company as they are reliable, knowledgeable, pleasant, and reasonably priced. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

    While bringing the refrigerator in they knocked off my mailbox, scratched the sides of the refrigerator, and broke one of the inner shelves. When I tried to get it replaced they said that because I got it installed and because I had not called within 24 hours I had to call the manufacturer to get it replaced. I got a huge runaround from them. I have French doors and I asked them to get it installed through them, but they said they didn���t need to do that. It took them weeks to resolve it. It was ridiculous, but they did come through at the end. I finally got the manager after about a month, and they got me a brand new refrigerator. I shop there all the time. Every time I have bought power equipment from them it���s broken, and they have a horrible return policy.
