    I was extremely pleased with the services provided. Giovanna is an amazing person and she was so supportive in getting me through the process. It was clear that her main priority was making sure I was satisfied with the work being done. I wasn't feeling well and I felt comfortable enough with her to trust her to make some decisions on her own. Otherwise, I probably would have prevented the progress that was made. Giovanna worked steadily and made good use of the time spent. I have a much bigger project to undertake and I will not hesitate to use Giovanna and "My Divine Concierge" again.

    Organizing With Final Touches LLC
    The service that Organizing with Final Touches provided for me was fantastic. I have used the 2 person team twice and I would definitely recommend them in the future. The team unpacked all boxes from a 2600 sq ft condo and then organized the kitchen, basement, 3 bedrooms and laundry room. At the end of 2 long days, my home was perfectly organized including every drawer, cabinet, closet and attic storage. It looked like I had been living there for years, not just a day. All shirts were hung, socks arranged, and pantries organized. The team was exceptionally professional, well organized, and friendly. They showed up on time and most importantly, they were quite conscientious in the process...very thorough. The rates were a little pricey, but well worth the investment.

    Nina was great. She helped me organize my home office, which was a huge mess. She is clearly very experienced at this, having a long list of satisfied clients, and knows how to move along the sorting/discarding/organizing process in an efficient way. She has a very good sense of just how to be helpful, and was a pleasure to work with.  I will be calling her back in for periodic decluttering checkups!

    Carlos and his teams cleaned for us several times over the last year. Their activities included rigorous cleaning and home reorganization (removing items from cabinets, thoroughly cleaning, and replacing in a more orderly fashion). They have also at times done windows and gutters. Our house is approximately 4000 ft.and sup2;, five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths.
    Rosas since teams of five or six people and in our case they worked for 6 to 8 hours.
    The quality of service ranges from phenomenal to terrible. The team of individuals working on a job always changes. All people seem to work fairly hard. In some instances, the teams did everything needed and insured that work was done to absolute satisfaction. Other times, the teams couldn't wait to get out of there, took a long lunch breaks, and over-billed us (our nanny was in the house and noted the time they took for lunch, cleaning, etc.).
    Carlos, the manager, is highly professional, very responsive, and always tries to make things right. He gets an A+. I think that staffing for these services may be difficult and the quality of people's work hard to assess in advance. Still, it is up to them to make things right once something has been promised.
    We finally broke things off with Rosa's on one occasion when a team came for a full day cleaning and didn't even move furniture to vacuum underneath in addition to doing a and quot;half joband quot; of Cabinet cleaning and other issues. Carlos sent the team back to fix. They were visibly displeased and didn't correct the problems. Finally, Carlos himself came to try to make things right. It was a terrible experience.
    I am not sure I would use the service again. But I am not sure the alternatives are any different. Rosa's has the dubious distinction of doing the best and worst jobs for us.

    Love the transformation! Our condo is now a home where we feel productive, relaxed and have a happier family!  At first going back to work - i.e. working from home seemed overwhelming.  With our 1 year old growing so quickly – our living quarters started to feel cramped.  Randi genuinely cared, listened and took each family member’s needs into account while implementing sustainable solutions.  She utilized existing containers, furniture and tools - which helped minimize added expenses in the transformation.  Randi was extremely flexible and worked with ours and baby's schedule.  She was consistently punctual, professional and respected our privacy.  What could have easily been a stressful and exhausting experience - Randi helped to make it positive and manageable.

    Organizing Wisdom
    Called Andrea after finding her from a google search.  She was available to come the next day.  She arrived on time and was a powerhouse, worked from the moment she got there.  I just moved into a new townhouse, after renovations, the place was a mess and I hurt my back lifting.  Felt so overwhelmed, I didn't know where to begin.  Andrea came, got me focused and just truly organized my kitchen better than I would have imagined; better than I would have done myself.  Also gave me great ideas for ways to organize after she left and I was on my own.

    I could not have been happier and felt is was the best money I had spent in a while (8 hours/$600).  I would recommend Andrea to anyone without any hesitation and if the need arises again, I will most definately call her again.

    They were very willing to chat with me over the phone to identify what I was going to need. They were very willing to work around my mother's accessibility needs. They were very helpful in coming up with some ideas and in giving me suggestions. They gave me a reasonable pricing. They gave me all of the pricing and then told me that if I didn't want to pay to fly someone out that they could come up with a detailed plan and I could do it myself. They were very quick about sending me a very detailed plan. They were very people friendly.

    Superlative--couldn't have been better. Indeed she was so good that I volunteered to fly her to NY to help me with unpacking and cleaning. She had relatives visiting so couldn't, but trust that shows how good she was.
