    Montclair Breast Center
From the moment you enter the office there is a very comforting and almost holistic feel. The woman at the desk welcomes you with a warm hello and offers coffee or tea in a variety of flavors any way you prefer to have it prepared. It is served immediately in a ceramic mug. The waiting area is simple and clean yet lacks the cold, antiseptic feel of a Drs office. There are an array of current magazines and newspapers to choose from. I wait less than 10 minutes before the nurse calls my name and I am greeted with another warm hello and shown a room to change and hang my things in a locker with a key. The robes/tops are made of cheerful fabrics. There is an inner waiting room with books on all kinds of women,s issues and interests to ponder. My wait is about 5-10 min and then I am taken into the mammogram room by a friendly technician. She quickly sets me up and tries to make me comfortable, not exactly an easy task. Out to the waiting room again for a brief 5 min wait and then to the radiologist to review the film. Phew, everything looks good. Now, just one last test, the sonogram. Within a couple of minutes I am lying down with a technician at my side. She has all of my history right on the computer to compare to. Again, the technician makes sure I am comfortable. Then one last look by the Dr and I am free to go. Dr Lee, the radiologist is very kind and as I get to know her she has warmed up to me. Most importantly, I am confident that she is well qualified and carefully assessing each case. The whole process is completed in just over an hour and I walk away informed and reassured that I am healthy. I do not have to wait a week or more for a call to tell me everything was ok or if it was not. I highly recommend MBC!

    Montclair Breast Center
We arrived at the Montclair Breast  center for our scheduled appt . The office was spotless and the office staff  were wonderful.  She was seen in a timely fashion She received an examination and an ultrasound. Thankfully the mass turned out to be stress related and did not require any further visits or services They do not accept any insurance plans but they did offer a payment plan. I would highly recommend the Montclair Breast Center and would not hesitate to use them again if the occasion arose.

    Filstein, Dr. Mark
5/5  star  recommendation   I was greeted by  friendly staff who informed me of the entire process.  I met with Dr. Filstein for the initial consultation. This visit left me re-assured and confident that he was the doctor for me.  I has a second consultation to relieve remaining  fears. The surgery went great.  I was able to call and speak with the nurse,  Aileen.  She returnes phone calls promptly.  She assured me that the pain I was feeling was normal.    The follow-up visit was fine. I would recommend both doctors to any one.

I didn't go back to her because she wasn't on my health insurance. She had a good beside manner. She was very sweet and understanding. She was great.

    Warden, Dr. Mary Jane
She saved my life. I had a mammogram. She is a little dry but she is good at what she does. She has bedside manner and she made it comfortable. She is compassionate and passionate. Her staff is wonderful, she has an amazing nurse. The only bad thing is you have to wait. I made an early morning appointment but i had to wait.

It went very well. The lump was benign. She saw it on a CAT scan. She is a breast doctor, so I went with her. She is a very nice doctor.

The Leslie Simon Breast Care Center
This program is one of Englewood Hospital's Centers Of Excellence, so I needed to register at the main hospital admitting office, which was handled smoothly, quickly and efficiently. I was then directed to the Center, where I was given more paperwork to fill out and then submitted my imagery. I was told that I would be contacted as soon as the review was complete. I happened to call a day before notification was to be mailed to me, recommending additional sonograms. I have made the appointment to have the sonograms performed.

    Crystal Run Healthcare - Goshen
I have a number of doctors at Crystal Run: dermatologist, internist (my primary physician), endocrinologist, cardiologist, two neurologists, three orthopedists, diabetic educator, a G-I doc, gynecologist, urologist, and an infectious disease specialist. I am a complicated case. One of the best things about this practice is that they cover everything, and that the individual's records are online and shared among all the doctors who work on you. I have gradually turned to them to cover all aspects of my health except for my pulmonologist (whom I've had for more than 15 years and deals with my allergic-related asthma and critical care, including sleep apnea) and my eye doctor down at the NY Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan. He cares for my diabetic retinopathy and narrow-angle glaucoma and has done a number of laser operations that have made living with narrow angle glaucoma not such a scary deal. It is good to have all the doctors on the same page so that they all know what else is going on. I have the two aforementioned docs send copies of my records to Crystal Run so everything is in the same place. Crystal Run Healthcare has expanded to an incredible facility. When I started going, in 2001, it was one medical building, then there were satellite branches throughout the county, now it covers all of two counties with immense new facilities and every specialty you can imagine. The employees are excellent, from their clean, efficient surgical suites, a complete rehab facility - including a massive salt-water pool - and sleep clinics, the care is the best. The facility is also very involved with the community, sponsoring many health issue educational programs, and healthy community events such as the Classic 10K run every June. You really couldn't ask for more in a medical practice. Crystal Run Healthcare is one of the main reasons I'm glad I live here, considering my existing health issues. My husband and I have always looked forward to retirement and moving out west again, but leaving my doctors is a little scary.

Usually you go to the doctor's and wait 30 minutes. But no, I was taken within 5 minutes! his office is beautiful, it sets off a really fresh and positive energy. I don't remember the last time a doctor spent an hour talking to me (I've had other consults) answering everything and getting to learn exactly what I wanted. I had been insecure about my boobs for as long as I could remember and what I found most helpful was that he talked to me like a person not just a patient. A couple of my friends have had breast augs, so it was surprising to hear how little I actually knew about them. He cleared up all the confusion for me on incision sites, silicone v. saline, breastfeeding, "popping", downtime and complications. Five minutes in, you can tell how intelligent and friendly he is, but he's actually funny too, which is weird for a doctor! it made me extremely comfortable when discussing desired size, scar and fears. There's a female assistant in the room when I had to be examined-the process was extremely professional but without all that awkward tension. After I booked a date I was walked through every step. The strong willingness to help was nice because I wasn't getting much support at home. There's a lot of hearsay when it comes to implants, but it really depends on who your surgeon is. Dr. Morin is an artist, literally, there should be a gallery full of his before and afters (and not just cosmetic, everything) because they are jaw-dropping. My boobs are BEAUTIFUL. The incisions are so small and precise, blending in with my areola (which had to take forever, cause mine are little!) 9 weeks out, they are so soft, look perfect and truly feel like a part of my body.  i stayed pretty modest with size because I was doing it for me, so I wanted to hide it, and its working! The result and after-care I received from him and the office completely surpassed my expectations which I did not think was possible. I am so happy. So, so happy. He is just brilliant, I cannot imagine going to anyone else.

If you require a handicap access(walker, wheelchair, cane) you need to let them know ahead of time. Entry into the building are mainly steps and the offices are in the basement. There is a ramp in the back of the building used by employees and can be used for the handicap but the staff would need to be aware that you require this service. The staff was very efficient and I was seen promptly . Dr. Capizzi was nice and and professional and answered all my questions. He did have a medical student accompany him. I had no problems with the billing procedure.
