    I was in the market for a used Nissan Rogue and found one at Devan Acura in Norwalk, CT, I met with Rick Clark, and had to do a test drive and run (some thing came up at work), I was able to work most of the deal by Email and every time I reached out Rick responded very quickly with the answers I needed, well picked up my car yesterday, went off with out a hitch, thank you Rick, this was painless, professional and enjoyable, James Ball

    I really like Subaru of Stamford. My salesman was fantastic, he wasn't pushy. He let the car sell itself. I had never had a Subaru before. I went in with consumer reports true car. Not only did they give me that price, but their was a dealer about 30 miles away that had it for $500 less and they matched that price. I got a really good rate on my lease. Their service department is good. I don't know if I would call it great. My salesman was like the most fantastic. I've never had a car salesman like him before, he is just a great guy.

    It was good...they had to cancel the first appointment for installation because the windshield had a scratch in it when they opened it (wish they'd checked before I'd driven out there) but they made up for it by coming out for no extra cost and completing the job. The experience was pretty easy and I have ZERO complaints about the great job that was done!

    The location was great for me-just down the street from where I lived, which was great as the truck wasn't mine, so insurance wouldn't cover my car rental. Everyone that I spoke with was very patient and explained the process to me. They were also very patient with my mother-who was the owner of the truck.
    The team was very thorough, the initial inspection couldn't determine if there was any suspension damage, but the team (I believe it was Gus) explained the steps they'd take, including taking the truck to a place that would carefully test the suspension.
    I was hoping that the truck would be finished by the time my mom flew up to get the truck, but it took a week and a half. Not a huge deal and definitely not a ding against the Twin Ridge team-they estimated one to two weeks depending on the responsiveness of the insurance and how soon parts would be received (they had to order a whole new front bumper/grill and that added a few days, I believe).
    The team was patient with my many call ins and check ups on the progress, once I fully understood the process and knew that I'd get updates-and I did-I went with the flow and waited to hear from the team. My mom was upset that her truck wasn't ready to go when she got into town, but the team was very patient and provided a detailed status update and next steps.
    I was definitely wowed by how the truck looked like new when it was finished-very nice and clean.
    I hope that I don't have to use a body shop again, but if I do, I would definitely go back to Twin Ridge Auto Shop and I highly recommend others to go there as well.

    This was a great experience, start to finish.  I researched on Angie's List for a car transport provider and reached out on a Sunday night via a submission form for car transport on Tuesday or Wednesday, Florida to Connecticut.  I was contacted Sunday evening and all the arrangements were made for pick up on Wednesday.  I was contacted throughout for confirmation on timing and given the drivers contact information. He was supposed to arrive at 2pm, got a call that he was stuck in traffic and he arrived at 2:15.  Perfect!  The transaction was quick and easy.  Despite the blizzard along the east coast, the driver stayed in touch and the car arrived on the date promised.
    I would highly recommend this company and would use them again for car transport needs.

    I took my car in for an estimate and for radiator replacement, based on feedback from another service center.  When the technicians looked at the car, they determined that no service was needed urgently.  I very much appreciated the honest feedback and savings.  The folks were very professional and helpful.  I would definitely return.

    I contacted this garage 3 times (once in person) to request an estimate for replacement of my radiator.  Although I was promised each time that I would receive a return call with an estimate, I never was even provided with an estimate.

    Picked up right on across the country one day over estimated date of arrival. Kept me up dated as to the slight delay. Car arrived with no damage. The driver was courteous and helpful.

    4. 3.  Diagnosing a seat belt issue that Acura eventually agreed to fix for free
    5. 4.  Keeping my failing Honda air conditioner going for the past 3 years at a reasonable cost.
    6. 5.  Repaired the Honda's front end suspension when the CT roads finally got the best of it.
