    Nick is great, so very responsible and sincere. He also uses his gut instincts very well and takes good decisions. My fridge was repaired at a very minimal cost. He will become my go to person going forward for all appliances that are in his area of expertise which are fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Thanks Nick!

    We had them do many repairs on our stove. Each time they left it worked for a while. On our most recent repair that cost over 400 dollars it worked for about one month .My wife called to have them come back and check the part because the problem seemed to be the same as before. We were about two days out of our "30 day" warranty and would have to pay 90 dollars for the service. When my wife said we did not want to pay they said they would have the technician call.He never did.That was three weeks ago. I called yesterday and spoke to probably one of the worst customer service people anyone could have on the phone. She told me all the things that we did wrong and now we were further out of warranty and the warranty on the part would be out in two days. Wonderful! We are going to go to small claims court and see if we can get some satisfaction there. Mostly though since my business in Stamford has about five thousand followers on social media and tremendous walk in traffic I will just make sure I post warnings about this company. My wife should have looked at yelp first and once she saw the number of dissatisfied customers , looked elsewhere.I know there are many satisfied customers but when I read what the unhappy customers have to say I see a pattern.This is the first time I have ever taken time to write a bad review for a company but their level of bad service and that angry woman I had on the phone drove me to it. I suggest anyone else with a problem go to small claims also and even if none of us win maybe the owner after spending time and money will retrain his staff.

    There was a question about the vents not being cleaned properly but maintenance stood their ground that they had cleaned it. So the dryer was running dangerously hot. So went to Angies' List to find a repairman which I chose Best Appliance Repair. He went straight to work after listening to the problem. He took the dryer apart to check for lint . After his check up,he declared that the dryer was clean and in good shape. Then he checked the vent and it was so full of lint that it looked like gray snow. It could have started a serious fire. I was so glad that I chose this company. He was very professional and straight forward.

    First service call came out on time. Did not fix dryer. Cleaned vent which did not take care of the problem. Called back, came out again said it was the vent. Third time same thing. The second and third time he did not charge me. Gave him another chance and then never called back.

    Their diagnosis was to replace the cooling fan cover assembly. I said I had already replaced everything in the cover assembly individually. The technician replied that they do the whole thing at once. Their estimate was grossly high ($442 for a $120 of parts and 15 min of labor), but I trusted their diagnosis, and paid them the diagnostic fee ($143) and and did their recommended repair of the whole cover myself. In the end, their diagnosis was wrong and they won't come back to look at the fridge again or refund the diagnostic charge. The technician was friendly and the owner did have the curtesy to return my call and explain that their exorbitant labor fee covers their guarantee and that unless you pay that, they don't stand behind their diagnosis.

    Dube Appliance returned my call the same day and was at my house the next day. They had the parts they needed in their truck and had my freezer fixed and running in 30 mins. I was very pleased with their response time and service. I would definitely recommend them!

    First time client of Anytime Appliance and got excellent service from Evelyn who made the appointment and advised me of pricing and from Carl Wade, my repairman. Carl did an excellent job. He was helpful explaining what was wrong, what he did to fix it and what to do to maintain my machine. Hope nothing else breaks, but I'll gladly call them again if necessary.

    He came over to look at our washing machine and said that the transmission was shot so it would need to be replaced. He said it could be fixed too but that would end up costing us quite a bit and a new washer would be easier in the long run. Cost us approximately $100 for him to tell us that, hence the 'B' price rating, but I guess that comes with the territory.

    I need a small job to drill a 4” opening for a dryer vent to replace an existing vent for my son’s condominium. I had contacted four contractors in the local area to give me a quote. Due to the new opening; it needs an approval from the condominium board which requires the contractor submitting their license and liability insurance and a drawing plan prior to the work. Three of them had never come forward with promises with the quote while one had never returned my call after submitting the quote. Mr. Bob Dobson had gone forward with his quote and quickly submitting his license and liability insurance to get the approval. The process to get the board to approve the job took nearly one week. The appointment was made at 8:15am, he and his assistant were right at the front door. The job was completed professionally and they even gone further to swap the dryer door to the opposite side of the unit for easy access for no extra charge. My appreciation to their team was showing up on time, performing job professionally, and neatly and their communication that keep me inform from the beginning to the end is 100% satisfaction.
