The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. They were very consciousness about safety during COVID and completed the work ahead of schedule. They displayed a great attention to detail with the work and the finished product looks excellent. AI had been putting off gutter repair for a long time. Gutter Boys came highly recommended. They certainly exceeded expectations. Giovanni, the owner, answered my call the same day. The very next day he came over to look at the job. I have a long gutter running along the entire back side of my house. For years the gutter had been overflowing and some water was going behind the gutter causing water damage to the shingles. Giovanni knew Immediately how to remedy this. I needed a wider gutter which needed to be hung slightly higher. He also suggested rerouting the downspouts not only to put them out of view but to redirect the water away from the house. I had further questions so Giovanni came back again to answer them. After agreeing to the work, Giovanni and his crew completed the work the very next day. He provided a much more efficient system and it looks beautiful! I am so happy with the new gutter and downspouts - I wish I had done this years ago. Giovanni went above and beyond even filling in and touching up any holes left from the old nails- perfection delivered! I asked Giovanni to look at the gutter in the front of my house which I thought was leaking. He looked into it and said it just needed to be cleaned, which he went ahead and took care of as a courtesy. I highly recommend Gutter Boys- professional, efficient, excellent work, and reasonably priced.

AExcellent!! Communicated perfectly when they would come and were punctual. The two men not only cleaned our gutters quickly, they used a blower to clean away all the “gunk” from our property below. They also helped me change 2 bulbs in floodlights positioned on the top of our house which WE could never reach!! Very courteous. Would definitely recommend!!

ALuis was a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail is what I liked the most. We had a lot of rotted wood on the house, which he replaced, his craftsmanship was impeccable. The roof looks great and I would definitely hire LT Home Improvement again. LTHI also installed new gutters which look great! They are wider than what we had, and they work much better than what we had - due to the steep pitch on our roof. We are very happy.

CRear gutter leaks in the middle of the run were it didn't leak before. This is leaving a stain on the side of the house that was just painted. The end cap to one of the gutters leaks at an interior corner which is also creating a water issue. One of the down spouts is crooked not even close to being straight. Overall the gutters are worse than what I had before. The only reason I changed them was because the house was being painted and wanted the gutters to be new, not painted over. The gutters are very loud when it rains, which I don't understand. One of the downspouts leading into another gutter splashes out which was never like that before. Been trying to get someone to come out for over a week. Finally got a response and they are coming out hopefully this week just to look at it. I will update if all the issues are corrected.
