  All aspects of the project came out extremely well.  The flagstone patio looks terrific (and drains quite well away from the house and towards the gardens).  We have already enjoyed a few evenings by the fire pit, and the kitchen/grill work-space will no doubt be a staple of our outdoor living for years to come.  The crew, apart from being quite skilled, was also very friendly, timely and neat (they left the property in pretty good shape each day when they went home).  We had used them on a small yard project last fall, and we were definitely happy that we decided to go with them again for this much larger project.  Not sure we have any more significant landscaping/masonry projects in our future, but if we do, Mark will certainly be our first call.

  The contractor (John) sent me a message thanking me for purchasing (might have been auto-generated) and NEVER followed up. I sent messages on AL and left voice mails; one phone number for John does not even have voice mail. Extremely unresponsive. By never actually contacting me I consider this a complete failure.

  It went very well.  Excellent quality work.  Fast with a big crew and excellent equipment. Job took only little more than half day and will be ready to drive on soon! The owner, Robert, was very responsive.  He did the estimate on a weekend, and didn't require us to be home.  He got us in the scheduled quickly and delivered the work as promised! The price was at the high end of the range of estimates we got, but not at all out of line. The ease of scheduling and the speed and quality of work made it very worthwhile.  We look forward to having Deluxe seal the driveway next year.

  We set the appointment yesterday and they sent an e mail confirming the appointment advising us the name of the technition and providing a picture of him - They were very up front about what was needed and very clear and honest about what was necessary - They did not try to sell more than we needed - Work was done quickly and professionally and all costs were explained prior to our consent - These guys are good

  I called and left a message of Friday and received a return call within minutes. An appointment was scheduled for Saturday at 9:30am. They showed up 20 minutes early and immediately went to work. They were able to figure out and fix the problem with the garage door and even reset my key pad that had not been working since we moved in two years ago for free. They were very professional and had great customer service.

  After agreeing what I thought was a reasonable price, Walt and his son, Lou, began work, only to discover water-damage below the driveway. They recommended a special drainage system and, with my driveway ripped up and nowhere else to turn, I had no choice but to have them do the work at a huge incremental cost. At this point I feel that they really took advantage of me price-wise. On top of which, after completing the majority of the job, there was some trim work that they promised to come back and finish, but, despite repeated calls from me, they never did. Son, Lou, came across as very competent and cordial at first, but I realized after 5 months of non-response, both he and his father are unscrupulous business people. I would recommend that prospective customers avoid these guys at any cost!
