Superb quality workmanship with outstanding results! We chose Sensible Home Products for our siding project because of Jeremy. From the moment that we met him, we were instantly at ease and felt that he was honest, hard working and truly a man of integrity. We were so right. Since we are planning on retiring within the next 5 years, we decided that it was time to update our home with siding, doors and lighting. Throughout the entire process, Jeremy was patient, mindful of our budget, extremely knowledgeable when we had questions, meticulous with the details and provided constant feedback as to how the job was progressing. Jeremy even recommended the colors for the siding and trim - absolutely fantastic decision! Jeremy lives, breathes and practices the highest level of Customer Service that we have ever witnessed all texts and messages are responded to very quickly and you just know that he truly wants you to be happy and completely satisfied with the results of your project. Jeremy has also built a tremendous network with other industry professionals that he works very closely with. These individuals took care of the installation of our new garage doors as well as electrical for additional exterior lighting. And, did a fantastic job as well! Since our house was built in 1972, there were many unexpected situations that popped up. Jeremy let us know exactly what was going on and provided cost-effective and creative solutions regarding the best way to handle all without ever skipping a beat. Jeremy and his crew took on the project for our house as if it was their own homes. Our yard and the work areas were spotless when we returned home from work. The quality of the workmanship was remarkable and the attention to detail extraordinary a testament to people who truly care. We are extremely happy with the final result and thank Jeremy and his team from the bottom of our hearts they took an outdated, worn-out house and transformed it into a magnificent, stately home.

It never came to fruition. We met with the sales manager in July 2018. We submitted a deposit. We were told the job would be completed by the end of August. A date was established. When that date arrived, I was told they couldn't complete the job at that time - I now forget why - but I patiently accepted this and was content to accept a later September date. The September date came and went without contact from the company. I followed up. I later received a voicemail from a new project manager. He said he had just taken over, and was trying to sort out issues he inherited from his predecessor. He stated he would call within a week. I was a bit irritated, but again opted for patience and gave the benefit of doubt. I shouldn't have. I never got a call. Shortly after this, the issue was elevated to the supervisor. He looked at everything, and apologized for the absurd delay. He assured me that we were the top priority, and this would be resolved soon. It wasn't. Around Thanksgiving, I began pursuing this with more fervor. The company kept feeding me lines. At this point, I'd already heard that a disgruntled ex-employee had broken a piece of equipment, the aforementioned "I'm new here" bit from the project manager, that they'd had bad luck with some of the crews they contracted and wanted to assure a good crew for our house, weather was an issue, there were scheduling issues, and others. These are laughable. First, we did not have 5-6 straight months of bad weather! Furthermore, we have a small house. The project should take no more than 5 hours. Second, it begs the question: "Why don't you have a reliable crew?" Thirdly, what is so special about my house, this project, that you want an elite crew? This is a rhetorical question, of course, but still a curiosity just the same. In early December - after YET AGAIN having to call them for information - I received a call from the project manager asking if he could come look at the project. I arranged a time to meet him. He arrived, looked it over, and made the same determination as the sales manager previously recorded: it should be a relatively easy job. He said he'd be in touch soon to set up a date. As always, nobody ever got back to me. Towards mid-December, I again called; certainly more terse than before. After speaking with someone even higher up in the company, I was told that what I experienced was inexcusable, and they'd get on it. The following evening, after dinner, I received a call from the project manager again. He approached the conversation as if nothing had ever happened. He only remembered speaking with me once. He nonchalantly offered yet another installation date. He seemed taken-aback by my irritation. I don't remember if I accepted or refused the date offered. I do remembered I scrapped the project within a day of that call. I don't know why it took me that long, nor do I know why that phone call was the proverbial straw. I do know that the supervisor accepted this, and stated I would receive a refund on my deposit in 7-10 business days. That conversation occurred on or about 12/13/18 (that is when I submitted a complaint to the BBB). As of this writing (1/2/19), I have not received the check. I called earlier today. I'm told the check will be issued today (Wednesday) and should arrive by next Monday. I likely won't update this further, so won't address whether or not the refund finally arrived. However, if you read this, keep in mind that not only was the job never even started, but getting a due refund is an additional headache. This is the most unprofessional company I've encountered. I strongly recommend they be avoided.

Very well. Company was in constant communication prior to the job at hand and answered all questions promptly. A dumpster was used for the job and the next morning the dumpster was removed from the driveway. Workers cleaned up yard very well to insure that bits of shingles were all removed. Lastly, I wrote to the company specifically Keith and I told him that I had no use for the left over shingles and to my surprise they were picked up the following day.

Very smoothly! Keith and his team took care of most of while we were on our way from vacation! They worked 7am to 6pm. They had to rebuild the plywood in several areas as our roof was at the end of its life. They were punctual, prompt, meticulous! Excellent work! Keith was professional, patient, and honest. The only roof company that took pictures and got on the roof during torrential rains. Followed up immediately with a quote and got to work! Part of GAF and offered a labor plus gaf warranty. Dont mess around with a roof! We are interested in hiring him again for carpentry on our porch and fireplace once roof season slows down.

I had roof damage after a major wind storm in March of 2018. This caused water to leak into my attic and down into the second floor of my Multi-Family. Originally the insurance company claimed that only half of the roof needed to be replaced, but Chris identified and explained why the damage had been more severe than originally thought. That kind of attention to detail and consultative service is what drew me to work with Millstream and Chris in the first place. In very short order, he had a team at the house and in a single day had completed work. It was so well done that I used them to install gutters on top of the roof work, which was equally as flawless. Things that stood out to me: > Service was outstanding - taking time to explain the why and how behind the what they were going to do. > Proactive and anticipatory consulting that made the job painless for me > Easy to work with - I could communicate with him via a variety of channels (email, phone, text) which made the job easier to manage. I wholeheartedly recommend this company if you need someone reliable and trustworthy.

Mike Tullo is very responsive and worked with me closely on setting a date for starting the job.  His guys are real professionals.  The hardest working roofers in the business! They know their stuff and pay attention to every detail, including clean-up.  I would highly recommend.  He is coming back to do gutters as well.

Overall I would say it was an OK experience.  The roofing and gutters went real well.  One widow was not ordered and came in late.  Two windows were ordered in the wrong color, but we agreed to a price reduction.  One door was ordered wrong and we also agreed to a price reduction.  The colors of the trim were not what we expected and don't match the exterior of the windows as much as I would have liked.  The quality of the windows, doors, siding is very good (Harvey windows).
One thing I was disappointed with was the installation of the doors.  They put zero insulation around the door jam and the first winter there was a breeze coming in around the trim which I had to take off the molding and put in insulation.
The workers themselves were very professional and cleaned up the yard well.
As with any large contract for services, get it in writing.

It turned out great and they were wonderful. They were very consistent, on time, and did the job very quickly. They were reliable and did what they said they were going to do. The roof and gutters both looked good when they were done. The scheduling was great.

It was very good. They are excellent. He did what he said he would do. He gave me a break down on a couple of things. He was supposed one day but it rained so he showed up the day after and he did an excellent job. It looks good. His demeanor is very good and very well.

Ron the owner of the company came to our house to give the estimate of the work. The workers were on time and they completed the work as scheduled. They were polite and professional and made sure that yard was clean properly.
