They took me right in, without an appointment. I have Ford products and they do they very best work, they are very professional, and I believe I get the best price. They have televisions, Mag, hot coffee, and cold water, and tea, there is WIFI there.

We used them probably three months ago and it was like $400.00. They deserve all A's. He's very quick to get us in and he does an outstanding job at a really good price. He counts on repeat business and I can see why. He had to do some auto body work and the cost was $1,500.00. They deserved all A's for that. You couldn't even tell anything had ever happened.

Any work I get done, I go to Mike's Auto Body in Connecticut.  I would grade them an A all the way.  As a matter of fact, my family's now using them.  I would say they're very professional and they do an outstanding job.  They don't even advertise, so it's by word of mouth.  They are very competitive.  They just do a great job, too, at a very reasonable price.  I would say two years.  We've been there a lot.  I have three sons who have cars, so we've used them a lot.

The transmission was giving some funny sounds and I was concerned about it failing.   One of the guys I had quote on replacing the muffler mentioned I should have it checked out.   The guy he mentioned was in the next town over but does great work.  I went  there to be told it was having problems and was given a reasonable price on rebuilding the transmission.   When he asked how I heard of him I told him of the guy who quoted on the muffler but could not do it for three weeks, so I will have to find someone to do it sooner.  He offered to give a price on the muffler and could start it the next day.  The cost of the muffler was half the cost of the other three quotes I already had.  a few days later I have a truck that runs strong and sounds quiet.

They are good for service.  The prices are reasonable.  The workers are good.  They were very helpful.  Of all the chain places, I like Firestone the best.  I brought in a light to change and they just threw it in for me.  They have my car done when they say or they will call.  The waiting room has a T.V and some magazines.  You can set up appointments online.

Car was towed to the place and the radiator was replaced the next day. I've been very pleased with the service here. Jeff, the owner, is very helpful and has gone out of his way to offer me rides and/or a loaner vehicle free of charge when I needed it.

The car was dropped off on a Wednesday for them to review and diagnose some issues. The tires needed to be replaced, I had also asked them to sort out the suspension as there was excessive, abnormal wear on the tires and replace the clutch. They reviewed the car and Jeff called me that afternoon to go over the estimate and what work needed to be done. Each evening I would get a call from Jeff on the status of the car and any additional items that the car need. He was always pleasant and straight forward, answering any questions I had. It did take a little longer then I would have liked (8) days, but late on Friday evening I was able to pick up my car. Unfortunately on the drive into work on Saturday the side of the car was covered in grease. I returned the car that Monday, they looked at the car and identified during the alignment the CV boot was damaged. Jeff replaced the boot at no additional cost and (4) days later I had my car back.

My father purchased a used Nissan Frontier from Crowley, to which I became involved as part of the 2nd half of the purchase and will only rate my experience.  Crowley sold my father a USED Nissan Frontier 4X2 at a cost that was more (about $1500) then the original sticker price of a NEW Nissan Frontier 4X2 by allowing him to believe he was purchasing a 4X4.  It was only until he returned home and was attempting to show me the 4 wheel drive that we discovered it was actually a 4X2.
I then had to take time off from work to attempt to rectify what I was hoping was an error on the part of the dealership and not them taking advantage of a hard working person.  Through out the process it became very apparent that there was no level of honesty.  When the salesperson was confronted, he stated that he informed my father it was 2 wheel drive.  When the manager was confronted he had a story about taking the vehicle in on trade site unseen and thought it was a 4X4.  A quick search of the internet found the truck listed on the website as a 4X2.  They did, to their credit, correct the matter and take return of the vehicle which we applied to a NEW Frontier 4X4 for a marginal increase in price.  We negotiated a final price and waited a week for them to obtain the vehicle. The issues continued, when we sat with the finance person proceeded to change the original negotiated price stating the sales person made an error, she did so with out mentioning the error which I caught when her numbers did not match the ones I had.  Then when I was going through the figures, she had charged us for new registration when the plates were actually transferred and window etching which we did not authorize.  All these big and little errors worked in there favor each time, which leads me to believe that this is standard practice.  Even at the time of pick up the manager told a story of how they returned the used truck to the original owner because of the of taking it on trade as a 4X4.  Unfortunately I had walked around the lot saw the truck back in the parking lot.  I've actually contacted Nissan in regards to this experience it was so horrible.

Service went well and as expected. This shop usually has a high volume and takes a litte longer to do most repairs. PLan to drop your vehicle when possible and call during day to do check ups to see where they are at with it.
