  • For oil changes, they are good. The price is roughly okay, it could be a little bit less. For quality, it was just an oil change. I didn’t take it, my husband did and they give you a loaner if it’s going to take long. The other dealers won’t do that. If I get work done on my car, I have the option of getting a loaner, that’s the reason why I get it done there. They are very responsive in that area, where no one else would give me a car, a loaner. They have improved. I would use them again for an oil change. I don’t know how long it took for the oil change because they gave me a loaner, and they also pick you up and drop you off. They were professional.

  • They are a little more pricey because they are a dealer. I go back there because I am happy with their work and they do good quality work. The contact with the staff and the feedback after it is done is good.

  • Great. I am knowledgeable about cars and they gave me detailed, straight descriptions of the problem and options. They did not only prescribe the most expensive options, they gave me all options. They used their diagnostic data base to pinpoint a steering sensor fault which was covered at no cost by dealer recall. They did an excellent job with front end alignment and explained it very fairly. I am very pleased with them and hope to continue using them in the future as my trusted repair guys

    I went here for the every-2-year emissions test for my car today.  No appointment needed.  They were cordial, efficient, and had a good sized waiting room.  Not only that, it took less than 15 mins!  I will be trying Hallmark Tire this winter when I purchase/install snow tires.

  • Found a six inch crack on windshield one morning. Called my amicable auto insurance company representative because I had full glass. They referred me to several places including this one. I had an appointment the morning after next and brought in my car. They were courteous on the phone and flexible on the time. All paperwork details were handled by insurance company and them behind the scenes. A diner and coffee shop are nearby to wait.The car was only a few minutes late from the promised time but the job was done well and the windshield looks great. I've had no problems after three months.

  • They seem to be completely honest, and I’ve taken several cars here. He is very good with servicing cars.  The prices are really reasonable, as well.  He is very easy to contact, even on weekends.

  • Told the service advisor that my Honda Odyssey could not be washed there because of recent body work that necessitates a 'brushless wash'. The advisor was helpful and actually got me the name of a place where they have the brushless wash. But then, they still sent my car through the 'complimentary' car wash! And the advisor had no clue that the car had been sent through the car wash. Then there was a large white scuff mark on the front bumper that was not there when I dropped the car off. The advisor said he did'nt remember it being there, but had to locate my paperwork first which took him quite a long time. Then the manager shows up to see it and even though the service advisor agreed that he did not remember or record that mark, when I dropped it off, the manager tried to suggest that it was 'house paint" probably from my "garage at home"! They did get their detail department to clean up the mark, but their attitude about not accepting responsibility for some damage (however minor) that happened in their shop, infuriated me. That along with the fact that they sent my car through the car wash after being told that they could not, leads me to believe that they do not pay attention to details which is a scary thought for an automotive service shop. Needless to say, I will NEVER go there again even if it is a pretty long drive to the next nearest Honda dealer.
