  Peter and his crew were great. They did the job quickly and did a good clean-up after. His was the best cost after getting 3 quotes. They paid attention to detail (including the trim and moving the gutters ) to make my house look good. I appreciated that Peter and his guys were checking in with me periodically to let me know how the job was progressing and seeing if I had any questions. I had a minor issue with the gutter drip edge above one of the doors and Peter was quick to respond to fix it and let me know if I needed anything else just to call him. Definitely would use Vinyl King again.

  Let me start by stating that I received several quotes to get the job done. All in which were any where from 18k-25k. Bills estimate was way under expectations. Essentially, we went from a disgusting wet muddy/dirt basement to a finished storage space. Bill told us exactly what his team would do and what to expect. Bills team worked consistantly and fast paced. They even cleaned up everything and when the job was complete, it was as if no one walked in the house (except for the obvious well done basement). I had several other jobs completed by other contractors and they were astonished by the job. Would hire again if renovating another home. Also to note, it took them 4 days for completion... amazing.

  Jeremy and Sensible Home Products did a great job on my home. It was a transformation. The crew was professional and cleaned up daily. The cedar siding was removed and the house was wrapped. Extensive rot in the porch area was replaced with new wood before new siding was installed. I was always informed. Siding was also installed on my concrete garage which I had just wanted painted in order to keep the cost down. Jeremy convinced me otherwise and gave me a great price. The custom garage door was a challenge but now looks beautiful. The lights and mailbox arrived after the job was complete but the crew came back to install after the fact. I highly recommend Jeremy and Sensible Home Products.

  Gustavo was very responsive and professional through the entire process, from the initial estimate to the end of the project. He was very quick to address any concerns we had. The work was done quickly and the price was great. He texted photos of the progress which was great to see. We can't believe how long we let these hardwood floor hide underneath old carpet. Gustavo and his team really uncovered and restored a hidden gem. We highly recommend him for any flooring project!

  Alex was very knowledgeable in his suggestions. He met us at O & G to help us pick out the materials. He and his crew did an amazing job. I felt he was fair and honest. I purposely hired him mainly based on his high ranking on Angie's List. A lot of work and repairs were done and all to our satisfaction. He responds VERY quickly when called or texted. Our property was kept clean. We are already planning projects for his crew for Spring 2017.

  While the representative/ franchisee was pleasant and responsive, the work was subpar. I stopped the job after one day. It was obvious that the crew rushed. My garage, where the crew started, and home are black, and the trim is white. There were paint splatters on the garage, and the crew tried to reapply paint where they could not remove the white trim paint from the main structure. The end result was an uneven finish around my whole garage, which left me in a position to respray the structure myself. I immediately stop the crew from coming anywhere near my house. While the representative and I reached a mutual understanding about the price for services rendered, I am just happy the crew did not start with my home. Do not use this company under any circumstances.

  The crew did a very professional job replacing the wall and repairing the floor under the front door. The crew was young, but experienced. They had all the tools necessary to replace the wall, which included heavy jacks and supports. They were on time, courteous, and cleaned up the areas better then how they found them. They worked very well together and worked out problems as a team. I got quotes from other contractors and they were the best price. Not cheap, but they did the job in the time they said it would take and didn't tag on any extras.

  Bob & his crew did a fabulous job.  The house looks great!.  They cleaned and stained the house and did some cosmetic work on the siding.   The work was done in an organized, neat & timely manner.   He stayed with the job the entire time and the results show it. ( We learned how important this is from a previous negative painting  experience with a Newtown contractor where an inexperienced crew did the whole job unsupervised. )
