  Dr. Glenn M. Rich is a very nice man, however I do no appreciate any doctor that I have seen for the first time and I had been very clear with him in my chart and in my evaluation back in the summer and I told him this is the medication that I take and this is the medication that I don't take. He reviewed all of my lab work so he has tons of information on me however he continues to ask me the same questions over the phone or in the office and he continually wants me to do the same blood work and the same tests a month later when I can't even pay the first bill but he is happy to send me a bill to say that I am over 180 days late and charge me extra for that. He is more than happy to tell me that he can't tell me what is going on and that he is with a patient right now but he is going to send me for more lab work and another urine test even though I had one last month. He referred me to a cancer doctor and he told me that my immune system is really low and he wants me to go back to the cancer doctor. This is six months later and they still don't know what is wrong. The cancer doctor tells me that there is nothing wrong with me. I think Glenn Rich is a very nice doctor and he received an accolade for being a top notch doctor. He takes time with me when I go to see him. I have to see him in the future because I have to get medication from him. I don't expect him to be a miracle worker but I think they should communicate more because he is the one who referred me to another doctor.
