    Called them at 8:30AM on Monday morning, March 7, to fix my LG dryer. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and took all of my information including model and serial number of the dryer. I told her exactly what the problem was and asked if they could get out to my home to fix it and she said "yes, no problem". She told me she would call me back to give me some price quotes after looking up the parts online. She never called back and I called them back at 2PM. She said that she had been busy and had not had time to look into my problem. She said she would check the parts and call me back. I asked when she thought they would get someone to my home to fix the dryer and she said that they could schedule it for Thursday March 10. I wasn't thrilled about the delay from Monday to Thursday, but I was glad to at least be on a schedule to have the repair done. However, she never called me back!!!
    If I had known that they were not interested in the work, I would have called another repair service early on Monday morning. I ended up buying a new dryer on Tuesday.
    Very disappointed, considering that they were given a rating of "A" on Angie's list.

    It went horrible, let me explain...
    We ordered a new Dacor oven and had it installed (Carey's Appliance did not install this the first time). After installation, we noticed there were several pieces scuffed during shipping and we called Dacor to ask for replacement parts. Dacor said they would ship them which included 2 inside grill pieces, a new handle and a new inside door, and that they have Carey's Appliance as their service installer to fix.
    Carey's came to fix the pieces, the grill pieces went on and when the tech went and was putting the handle back on, he over tightened the bolt and shattered the glass door oven with glass all over our kitchen.  He was very upset and said he would take the oven door and have it fixed with in 5 - 7 days. After a week of not hearing anything, we were told it would be several weeks. Finally the time comes to have the door installed and when it was put on we noticed that there was still glass shards inside the glass door (where you need to take apart the entire door to get to), and also noticed that the new handle had scratch marks all over it. At this point, I called the manager or person in charge. I was not helped at all and the person told me that the doors do not shatter from being over tightened. I explained that it did in fact happen and we have been waiting for the new door for weeks and when received, it was scratched where it wasnt previously. He told me that the technician couldnt have scratched the door and I said he must have done it while he had the door in possession. THe manager then did not understand how the technician would have the door and I told him that it was taken at the first incident we had and it has been in their possession for weeks now. He said that this was not  standard procedure and he would have to find out. I must add, that the tone and attitude that I received was not in my favor at all and it seemed as I was a hassle in the first place.
    After all this, I ended up calling the company I purchased it from and they had their installed take care of it very quickly and efficiently.
    This was one of the worst service calls I have ever seen and I highly advise nobody to ever use them!

    He replaced a necessary part on our refrigerator, and rather than charging us for an additional part (which he said would cost $100), he told us how to fix a second problem ourselves. He also advised us on a dishwasher problem for no additional charge.

    These guys were great. I spent about $600 on that work. The gentleman���s name was Michael Kardash and he did a fantastic job and on time. He was a wonderful guy. It is a great place to do business with and is spotless clean and very professional and nice. The price was fair and I would recommend them to others.
