    A Action Appliance
Max P reviewed the work needed. Took care of the fridge and discussed options for the washer. Very professional, work area was clean after he finished and would definitely use A Appliance again based on this experience.

    Anytime Appliance Repair Svc Llc
Chuck, the owner of Anytime, came for our first appointment to assess our problems and order any parts that we might have needed.  He quickly figured out what was wrong with our washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.  Our lid switch fell off on our washing machine, so he set it up to work while he ordered the part.  Our dishwasher was dirty and was running off balance.  He cleaned it out, and ordered us some door spring hinges and brackets to mount it properly.  He was quick and efficient and obviously knew what he was doing.  I had my second appointment today for the parts to be installed.  The technician called 15 minutes before he arrived so that I could be sure I was home and he was excellent as well.  He installed everything quickly and was obviously very capable.  My dishwasher is like new!  The office was also extremely professional and helpful when scheduling appointments.  I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

    Best Appliance Repair
We had Larry come in to repair two items. The first was the oven which Larry repaired the first day. The gas stove required new parts so Larry had to return. They didn't send him all the required parts which meant he had to return a third time but he didn't charge for labor the third time. Can't ask for much more than that. I would definitely use him again.

    ASSOCIATED APPLIANCE & SVC
We?ve purchased 4 major appliances from Associated Appliance & Service on Hope Street since 2007. Their prices weren?t always the best, but we liked the idea of supporting a local business and at the time thought their customer service was very good. Unfortunately, based on our most recent experience, their service has slipped badly.
In hindsight, I should have insisted on a service call. Installing the gasket may be easy, but if some misalignment of the door or flipper is causing the shredding, how would I have fixed that? (So Associated saves time and money by not sending a service man, but in a couple of months I probably end up with another shredded gasket.) Also, they would never have lost track of a service call, as they did with the order. In the meantime, the warranty has expired, so now I?ll have to pay for any repairs myself.
    In summary:
    1) Associated?s advice on how to handle the repair was self-serving and not in my best interest.
    2) Associated never ordered the gasket.
    3) The fridge was still under warranty when I reported the problem, but Associated failed to act during the warranty period, meaning I?m stuck with the cost of repairs.
    4) And now they?re not returning my calls.
The brands this company carries are available from many other dealers in this area. The only thing Associated has going for it is that it services what it sells. Except when it doesn?t. Making a major purchase from a company where you can?t reach a responsible person when something goes wrong is asking for trouble. I would not recommend Associated Appliance & Service to anybody.

    David A Sabini Co Inc
We called Sabini's for service on our range (specifically the oven), which would not start and our clothes dryer which would stop working when it had been running through a cycle. We were told that David was available to come out the next day. He called us the next morning to confirm a convenient time and arrived on time.
After inspecting the oven, he replaced the ignition which solved the problem. He diagnosed the dryer's problem as a bad motor, but suggested that it might be better to replace the old dryer, rather than putting a new motor in it. We appreciate both his technical ability and his professional advice. Charges were reasonable for the services performed.

    ASSOCIATED APPLIANCE & SVC
It was great. The same gentleman who fixed my oven 2 years ago was the one who came this time. I was actually late arriving home to let him in but he was kind enough to wait. He found the problem and fixed it. He gave me different options because the dryer is old but didn't push buying a new one on me. He told me it wasn't dangerous which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if I should need them.

    All Make Appliance Repair Co
My dryer stopped working; it was not providing heat.  I called All Make Appliance and immediately was connected to an operator.  I described my problem; she said she could have someone there today and would call me back as soon as she had checked with the workers. She called back within 45 minutes and gave me an appointment with a 3 hour window starting an hour from that time.  I asked about the pricing and she was explicit thatt the service charge was in addition to the charge for the repair worker coming to the house.  In addition she confirmed that there was a 15% senior citizen discount that I could use.

The repairman came within the window.  He was polite and professional and knew what he was doing. He told me that the solenoids needed to be replaced due to normal wear and tear (the dryer is about 14 years old). The repair was finished within 20 minutes. He also gave me information regarding what repairs I could expect in the future for both my washer and dryer and predicted they would last another  15 years!

    REO APPLIANCES INC
I called REO and the service dept. answered promptly. The technician that arrived was professional, polite and extremely painstaking in troubleshooting the problems. The oven turned out to be a broken wire in the outlet and the technician repaired. Another technician came to repair the washing machine. In both cases, they had the parts and took care of the problem promptly. They made sure I was happy and understood exactly what they had done to repair the problem.

    A&J Appliance Service
Excellent. I called him 3 times. 2 times he nailed the problem rather quickly. The third he didn't (was the dish washer), but it wasn't a dish washer problem then, so I don't blame him.
