ARoyden WilkinsonI called him, left message. He responded within a day. Arrived quickly at mutually convenient time. He arrived on time and was very presentable, polite, and obviously knew what he was doing, including played the piano beautifully as he went along and at the end when it was fully tuned. Very satisfied. He is coming again in November 2015 just before Thanksgiving for a regular tune up. (I live "on the water", CT coast, near Rhode Island. ) I am sure I filled this out before right after original request for same. Do not know why you need another one. id it not got through to you.? APequot AppliancesWe purchased a used washer and dryer from Barry at Pequot Appliances. They were slightly used and refurbished but who cares. They are going to be put to hard use and get dirty and scuffed in our house anyway. Besides the prices are reasonable and a whole lot cheaper than buying new from some big box store. He had some brand new looking appliances in the shop as well but we needed large capacity for our family. They were delivered and installed a couple days later as promised, no problems. After several weeks or a few months the washer motor developed a problem. The owner, Barry was there at our house a couple days later replacing the motor. No hassles, no extra $, no excuses, problem solved! I know someone else who went in to buy a new dryer, Barry asked him a few questions and sent him home with a new dryer duct instead! The dryer was fine, the exhaust vent was old, bent and clogged with lint so it couldn't heat up properly. He saved the guy hundreds of dollars. It's great to find an honest business owner that you are happy to recommend.- Jay C.

AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. Moving is so stressful and Movers Direct alleviated our stress around packing and moving items. We were so thankful for them.

ACheryl and Paul were great to work with. The back of the chair had to be taken completely apart in order to fix the 1 spindle. They did an excellent job with the work and matching the existing stain. You cannot tell which spindle was replaced. I will definitely use them again.
