AStanley SteemerThey did carpet and they cleaned the tile in the bathrooms. Their price is a little high. They took special care to make sure the carpet wasn't too damp when they left. AJoeCleansOverall, the experience was excellent. Tommy, who completed the services at my home, arrived on time and not a minute late. He asked all of the important questions before he got started to make sure that he would be completing the job up to my expectations, and he did! The special formula JoeCleans uses to remove pet stains and odors works like magic. Both stain and odor were completely removed as if they were never there. My dog hasn't had an accident in that area since, as her "scent" has now been removed from the carpet all together. What a lifesaver!!!! Tommy also did a great job restoring my grout lines. I would never be able to achieve the results he did even if I spent a week on the floor scrubbing with a toothbrush. I couldn't be happier with the clean feeling in my home. The attention to detail was especially pleasing, as my Mother is very particular about cleaning and the care of the wood in her home.
