APerfectView Remodeling LLCPerfect View (and Lou's team) did a great job start to finish on our fairly extensive remodel. His team turned three separate rooms (Kitchen / Living Room / Dining Room) into one big open concept modern kitchen-living-dining room combination. This included new sky-lights, exterior doors, and almost 1,600 sq-ft of new flooring. The job started and finished on-time, and the team cleaned up every day after they were finished. Lou and his team did a number of things through the project to make sure that all would go smoothly (including leaving a generator here after the hurricane knocked out power for a week). AEast Bay Home RepairWe had a great experience working with Adie and his subcontractors on our shower renovation. Our shower was leaking water and we received some estimates to repair the water damage, fix the plumbing, and retile the shower. We chose East Bay and were very happy with the service. Adie was reliable and texted me every day to let me know when he was arriving, and gave a good summary of the work that was going to be done each day. Adie & subs wore masks for COVID at all times and were respectful of our space. Adie had some nice ideas such as adding some marble slab to the shower entryway and using concrete board in our crawl space. These were both suggested after giving us the quote, so he did not charge extra for either, or for fixing some leaky PVC that I wasn't aware of when requesting the quote... Adie just seemed like he wanted to genuinely do a good job. He is also a pleasant & honest person to work with. Definitely give East Bay a try.- Michael F.

AGove Restoration LLCOutstanding! Gove Restoration is an outstanding contractor. From the initial estimate, through construction and the final walk through, Adam Gove and his team operate as true professionals. Their knowledge of the industry, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer service is unmatched. We hired Gove Restoration to make our 1st floor enclosed porch and 2nd floor open-air porch in our circa 1757 home structurally sound, stable and usable. The foundation, walls, floor and ceiling suffered considerable rot and were on the verge of collapsing from water damage through the years caused by incorrectly placed gutters (which they also fixed). The process was straightforward and top-notch. Adam was on the job site constantly. Any concerns or questions throughout the process were addressed immediately and issues were resolved quickly and thoughtfully with our budget in mind. Adam’s crew are all well experienced in their trade, are courteous, and their workmanship is excellent. Gove Restoration made a project that I was dreading remarkably pleasant and stress-free. We are incredibly happy with how the double porch turned out. Thank you for turning a dilapidated, unusable space into a safe, functioning area my family and I now enjoy daily. My only regret is not using Gove Restoration sooner! I look forward to our next project together!- KIMBERLY M.

AMy drywall job included some design work to address an access issue. His solution was innovative and solves the problem perfectly. The work was done in a professional and timely fashion. That included cleaning up the jobsite (inside the house) when he was done. Also, the fee charged was fair and was just what he estimated. Ai could not be more pleased with Jim Charter and his crew. Lou the foreman was very attentive to details, and all the Owners here were very pleased with his professional and courteous work. As in many Condo Association there are picky owners, and here they were all pleased with the results. No complaints, and that is a victory. The project started last fall with one building done and the other 2 buildings to follow in the spring of 2020, With the Social Distancing in play, the owners having there front and back doors painted, with minimal intrusion on there units inside was very appreciated and required. There were here for about 5 weeks to complete two buildings. There were about 170 windows 20 doors and 3 two story main entrances. The clean up was great. Charter was not the lowest estimate, but I had a good felling talking to Jim Charter during the estimate process. I felt his company was the right fit for the project. And his workers have been with him for years. There was also carpentry work required replacing rotten wood, which Jim has a carpenter to do that part of the work. One stop shopping. AI will start out by saying, I wish there were more start to describe my experience in working with Rosado Custom Homes and Victor. We recently bought a single family home and worked with Victor and his team to add/repair/upgrade a bunch of things in the house before we moved in. Here are a few things I want to highlight about that experience: 1. Super-responsive: Victor was super-responsive right from the first email I sent him to request a quote. He always responded promptly to all my questions. 2. Timely: The project was completed in a very timely fashion. I had heard of many horror stories from others about delays and we were already working on a tight timeline. Victor and team completed the work within the agreed upon timeframe. 3. Knowledgeable: Victor helped us in making several decisions regarding the repairs/additions. He is super knowledgeable and made several suggestions along the way that helped us do things the "right" and most efficient way. 4. Professionalism: I was very impressed by Victor's professionalism and work ethics. He made sure the work was done to a high quality standard. I will definitely work with him again in the future on my other projects and recommend him to my family/friends.

ADaniel replaced a dozen wood casement windows for us with new vinyl clad ones. The windows he replaced were 20 year old ones from when the home addition was constructed. The other windows in the house were replaced about 15 years ago and Daniel was able to almost exactly match those. He provided the best price and his team was quick and efficient. They did a great job and the new windows are perfect.

AI am very happy with the work that was done. Corey took the time to find out the traffic level in my home and my needs before installing the floor. Because of that he suggested a different flooring, explaining the difference between my first choice and his suggestion and what the outcome could be. I am very glad that I did not go with my original choice! I have had this floor for two years now and It still looks great. I am pleased with the way that he staggered the seems of the flooring boards, and I appreciate his attention to detail. The workmanship has stood the test of time and a lot of traffic over the floor. The durability and beauty of the floor was everything Corey said it would be even after two years and a lot of "episodes". I would highly recommend him if you were considering to install flooring!

DAfter install one pipe was not capped and leaked water under sink, had to run to the hardware store to by cap and fix. Also the other pipes were leaking as well and had to by plumbing tape.
