Accurate Electrical was excellent.  He was excellent. They did a great job.  Half the time we thought it was going to take them, I mean they did a great job.  We will definitely, definitely use them again.  They came very promptly, they did the work very well and they found a few other problems that they pointed out to us that we are going to deal with going forward.

Pace responded quickly to our late evening call, diagnosed the problem, and restored power. Pace did not have the parts immediately on-hand to repair the generator, but disabled the generator to permit available utility power to temporarily bypass the generator circuitry. Pace advised that Pace could order the parts and perform the generator repair in the coming days if we so requested, but that we should have this work done by someone in any case. Service was very professional and prompt. We would definitely hire Pace for other work and recommend Pace to others.

Fantastic! I have found my electrician! From the first phone call - John was courteous and professional and we quickly had an agreed upon day/time for him to come and look at the job and do the work. He was on time and lovely to meet. He worked neatly and quickly and and it was wonderful. I already have a list of other things I am going to have him back to do! When you own a home but you are not handy - it is priceless to have a business card of someone who is honest, knows what they are doing, and reasonably priced! I would highly recommend him to all!

Excellent. John picked up on my first call, scheduled the work within a week, arrived on time, was friendly and helpful, performed the work quickly and expertly, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Installation of solar panels began on July 10, 2015 and was completed professionally in 2.5 days.  It appears to have been done well. Unfortunately, to date (7 weeks), there has not been any further follow-up as to when it will be inspected by the town and local electric company so that it can be turned on.  Meanwhile, the best time to save on solar energy (summer months) is nearly over. The entire process began in the fall of 2014 and to my disappointment, there have been other extended periods where the company has not initiated contact with the customer until it was time for the next step.  This lack of contact includes telephone, email, snail mail, text and computer generated.  When I have called them in frustration, they have been very responsive and solicitous.  However, the major decision and major expense of installing solar energy creates consumer anxiety for me, especially with all the promises of how much money you will save.  The lack of contact and handholding in any format during these gaps, even to say things are in process or I haven't been forgotten, is disturbing to me.  I have expressed my dismay over these gaps several times.  Of course, whomever I speak to says they understand and will pass my concerns over what I view as poor customer service on.  Yet, nothing seems to change.  Also, there is no point person identified for me to contact.  First, there was a salesperson, then a designer, then someone else and so on.  The process would be much better if one employee was the "go to" person throughout the process.  Due to these delays and frustrations, I am unable to comment as to whether NRG Home Solar is a cost effective, responsible solar energy resource.  They certainly need to learn something about customer service.
It will be interesting to see how NRG responds to this posting.  It's too bad it came to this.

I needed a ceiling fan removed from a cathedral ceiling and a new fan installed in a different place in the ceiling. The workers removed the original fan and patched and prepared the ceiling surface for painting. They also installed the new Casablanca fan, including a heavy duty wood beam behind the surface to hold the 30 lb. weight of the fan. The ceiling where the new fan was installed was also patched and prepared for painting. They completed all electrical changes and connections, and removed a track light, including patching and preparing the ceiling for painting. They also removed an old phone jack outlet and patched and prepared the wall for painting.
The workmen were very punctual, professional, and pleasant to work with. They answered my questions and made sure that I understood what steps were being taken. Great care was taken to cover the floor where they would be walking in and out of the house during the job. They also cleaned up afterwards. I am very satisfied with the whole job.

I called Ken Papa on July 7th in the evening and he called me back early July 8th. He had a cancellation and came right over and started the job. He had all the necessary parts on his truck and worked efficiently and neatly in 90 plus degree weather. It is difficult to snake old plaster walls but he was able to do it and put the plugs right where I wanted them. Job was very neat and he recommended the 20 AMP circuits in case we decided to put in a large window unit. Very polite and professional. I would hire him again and highly recommend him to others. I thought the price was appropriate as he worked non stop for over two hours and had to run wire to both sides of the house from the main panel.

The owner's son agreed to the work on a Saturday morning at 9:30 AM, which was very convenient.  He was punctual and quite pleasant. He quickly replaced the light and tested it before leaving.  He also explained how to make adjustments to the light.

Super!  Came prepared with all necessary materials and kit including cable from house receptacle to generator.  Installed house receptacle and 10 circuit panel to main electrical breaker panel.  Apparatus has back flow preventer that precludes current flowing back out to street.  Friendly, cheerful and professional.  Prompt, communicative and finished ahead of schedule.  Cleaned up his mess.  Couldn't ask for more.  In addition to his labor, cost for materials was $491.00.  Will contact again when need calls for an electrician.

Ken was very responsive to my initial call and all subsequent scheduling. He was on time and efficiently attended the problems. He accurately identified them and proceeded to work. He is a very pleasant young man who seems quite experienced. He didn't waste time with small talk and explained the tasks at hand quite well. It took him 2 1/2 hours to do the job so I thought his price was a little above what I anticipated. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken Papa and would definitely use him again.
