    Amar Service Company
. Bob always does an excellent job. I appreciate his meticulous inspection of the system. After he did the work, we had the longest period of heat and high humidity that I can remember. The system worked perfectly.

He usually gives a detailed account of what needed to be done.

All Parts Major Appliance Supply Co
The first time it was my clothes dryer, which he repaired with parts he had on hand, and he did it quickly and inexpensively. It needed a new belt, and I was afraid I needed a new machine - it is about 18 years old!
The second time he came to fix the washing machine. It was on it's last legs (about the same age as the dryer!) and he managed to make it last several more months with some repairs to the controller.
Most recently it was for my Maytag gas oven, which unfortunately didn't make it. But he refused to bill me because he was unable to fix it. He spent a considerable amount of time on it at my house, and once he left, he still researched possible solutions.
Kevin is great - he is a treasure trove of knowledge and incredibly helpful. And a super nice guy too.
I have also been in the shop on the Post Road to purchase vacuum parts and to have my propane tank filled.
All Parts is honest, reliable and they respond very quickly. I wouldn't call anyone else.

    Tri-City Heating & Cooling
Time frame given, called before coming, arrived within timeframe.
    Knowledgeable and professional employees.
Unfortunately it's a refrigerator issue, not something that service can fix.
    Would use again.

    Tri-City Heating & Cooling
When I called, person at the other end was very pleasant and also explained clearly cost of service call. As promised, they called about 30 minutes before they arrived. The tech was extremely pleasant and explained what he needed to do. He was very informative and he was able to quickly reset the oven and explained how the oven had shut down. The total cost was 160.00 which was, he explained, a basic labor charge. It seemed a lot for what he had to do, but their good service and honest professionalism provided a good experience.

I think they were good but they didn t complete the job. The only thing they did was install a dryer hose for my dryer. They couldn t do the other work because they weren't equipped to do everything. I wish they would've told me before as I paid them $150 just for coming to my house and for them telling me that me they couldn't complete the job.

    Sears Appliance Repair
I have Sears Home Warranty, the coverage is good, the premium and deduction is fair. The contractors do good jobs. But the scheduling is always messed up and I have to call many times to clarify.

    A Action Appliance
My dryer could not be fixed as the parts needed were too expensive - I could just buy a new dryer for that amount of money. Larry explained it all clearly and let me decide.
