ABest Choice AC Duct CleaningWe noticed Eric working on a neighbors home. We inquired what he was doing... along story short - He was installing a Super Clean Air System. The combination of UV light and Carbon Filtration has made our house “Hypo Allergen protected”. Since our house was subject to a very bad mold situation 9 years ago .... I’ve never totally felt comfortable.... Bottom Line - Eric came into our house and was a total gentlemen. He seems to know his Stuff very well. I would highly recommend Best Choice and particularly in Florida his “Clean Air Mission”... certainly was important to us. The total bill was $750, and he stayed on the job 3+ hours. My wife and I feel it was a good investment.- Steven M.

Communication was super on point A+++, never any misunderstandings and always easy to work with and reach when needed, great pricing as well! The Workmanship and Quality of Service was astounding from Mathi and his team who came in went through every vent on three floors even with an imminent power-outage causing storm (Isaiah) pounding into the mix. They were able to suck up a few random items that shouldn't be in vents as well. Would recommend to anyone who wants to improve the efficiency of their HVAC system.- A N.

The payment method was not as positive, however. I did not know ahead of time that the down-payment could not be done by card, which made it a hassle. The day of installation the team showed up three hours after the delivery window which was not enjoyable. They did a good job at installing, however. FThey cleaned the supply and return vents but did nit touch the duct work. No access panels were cut into duct work so they could not have cleaned them. We wanted them cleaned because of some construction we had done in the kitchen, and had white sheet rock dust in the ducts. Several days after they left the white dust was still coming out. I replaced the air filter in the furnace and waited a few more days. The dust continued to come out. I called to let them know, at which time he asked me to take a photo of the ducts, which I did and sent to them. Still have not heard back and I had to employ another company to do the job right. The new company cut access panels in the supply and return lines and showed me all the dirt and white powder that was still in there. Do not hire this company under any circumstances, they are inept and an out an out cheat.

ATheir professionalism and expertise were outstanding.. I had wall to wall carpeting installed 4 years ago by my contractor but was now mounding in three bedrooms. As a result it posed a dangerous situation. Jason did a superb job stretching my carpets and I am no longer fearful of tripping and falling. His workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend Square 1 Home Improvement.

AI've never had my ducts cleaned so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like a fairly straightforward cleaning. Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. Would recommend to others.
