  • After a bad experience with another local repair shop, we went to Everitt's for work on our Volvo when our service engine light came on. Pricing was fair and service was prompt. Felt we were treated honestly and fairly.

  • We had previously taken our vehicles for oil changes and routine upkeep so when our A/C gave us trouble, we called them for help. They were very friendly and helpful. They had us come in for the diagnosis the same day that the problem occurred. They called for parts and gave us a quote which we later confirmed was fair. We would have had the car serviced there if not concerned with warranty issues with the condenser.

  • They were extremely responsive. We were only a few miles out of warranty. The service department contacted Honda USA for assistance with replacing this very expensive part. They obtained approval from Honda USA to replace the part at no charge to us. We were thrilled with their handling of the matter and will purchase our future vehicles and service them at this dealership.

  • I did not have a very good experience with Blasius Chevrolet and Cadillac. I had a problem with the seat inside my truck. The material was starting to fray, to the point where it was almost wore through. I complained about it a few times. At one point, they told me General Motors filed for bankruptcy and they didn't know if they could get the seat fixed. That was ridiculous. I had to complain about four or five times to get them to send it out to some company to get it fixed. Instead of getting a new seat cover, they put a patch and some stuffing on the seat, which made it feel like I was sitting on a beach ball. The color didn't match the rest of the interior. I wasn't happy. I was so disgusted with the service.

  • Modern Motors Mazda Dodge are very good. I've been using them for a long time. This is my fifth Mazda and I've always gone to them. They're very professional. You don't get your car back with greasy fingerprints or anything like that. They keep you up to date. I also purchased my Mazda's from them. Their professionalism is very laid back. They don't gang up on you or "What would it take to make you sign this paper, to drive the car back today?" There's none of that. It's always calm. They don't push you. They explain and let the product sell itself.

  • I went in to see the guys at Countyline Nissan to buy a used car a few years back. The team at Countyline Nissan sold me a car where the master cylinder went out in 1 year. The warranty that came with this "better than new" car did not cover this issue and it cost me $1000. I would not every use Countyline Nissan again! The oil change they performed last month did go ok though.

  • Richard Chevrolet is very good. I've had some problems with my truck and they did a wonderful job fixing it up.
