  • Great service from the first call to the actual cleaning! I was able to schedule the day/time I wanted and the whole staff was very professional. They called the day before to confirm and when they were on their way. The cleaning went very quickly and Shawn and Will were very professional and hard workers! I highly recommend this company!

  • They house was cleaned from top to bottom. This includes window sills, picture frames washing the floors behind the toilet on their hands and knees, scouring the kitchen from top to bottom including cleaning the toaster out and microwave. You name it it was done.

  • I had forgotten what color my kitchen floor was!  This service goes much further than anyone else I have had, even to wiping down electrical cords, vacuuming near-ceiling air vents, cleaning under furniture, and dusting EVERYTHING.  They have a very great attention to detail, and so far have left my home looking and smelling cleaner than it has been in a very long time.  I and my white-glove husband are very pleased, especially since each time they come, the place looks better and better.  They are also friendly and comfortable to be around, and easy to talk to.  I feel I can be honest with them and they will not get huffy, as some of my cleaners have in the past when I questioned some item they had neglected to clean.  Not that I can find anything to question here....

  • We called and scheduled cleaning and stain treatment for 7 rooms. We were offered deodorizing as well for an additional $280.00 and declined due to the cost and our budget. Neither my wife nor I could be there so we had a relative let them into the house to perform the service. The technicians offered the deodorizing to our relative and did not explain the extra cost associated with that until the service was provided so naturally he accepted thinking it was covered. At no time did the company obtain mine or my wife’s authorization to change the purchase order as they are required, by consumer protection laws, to verify with the cardholders and change to the purchase. At the end of the service the technicians tendered the updated purchase receipt now explaining the additional $280.00 to our relative. We told the national call center that there would be a representative at the house as neither of us could be there and that we did not want deodorizing treatment as it was too expensive and the steam cleaning should remove odors anyway. The regional manager blames the national call center for not informing them and says that that is why he will not refund the fee for the service that we never purchased but they charged us for. I fail to see how a lack of communications on their part should be taken out on my wallet. They are a dishonest organization who do not abide by consumer protection laws. I now have to waste my time in court if I want my money back. Use a locally run business and avoid corporate crooks.  In all fairness, The rugs did come out nice from the cleaning and most stains were able to be removed.  the deodorizer smells horrible, like constant chemical smell and wont go away.
