    Budget Dry Waterproofing Inc
I was at my wits end trying to deal with water in our basement. We were preparing to sell our home, too, so time was of the essence. I called Budget Dry and scheduling the appointment was easy and actually enjoyable! The lady on the phone was so kind and answered my questions. We were able to get an appointment for an estimate in a few days. The guy came out, took a very detailed look at our property, and then sat down with us to explain our options. Honestly, I was a little nervous that the price was going to be $7,000+. The materials he was showing us on his iPad and his description of the sump pump made it seem like it was going to be way more than we could afford. When he told us it was going to be $1595, I was so thrilled! In addition to being budget-friendly, he was so nice and really explained how it would work for us, and why it was the best option. We were able to schedule the installation within a few weeks. They unfortunately had to reschedule at the last minute, but the company could not have been any nicer about the whole situation and fit us in two days later. When the day of installation came, the whole process took way less time than I thought! So happy to have found this company.

    Perfect Home Remodeling LLC
Kevin called me back immediately and they were able to meet my deadline. His price was easily the most competitive. At the last minute, I decided to put skylights in and they agreed to add that into the work . My roof was completed in no time, with minimal fuss. Even though it was very cold out, they just pushed on to do both jobs in a very professional manner. My roof is perfect and the skylights look amazing. Both roofs are great and I am continuing to work with them on other projects.

    E B Asphalt & Landscaping, LLC
I had hired them a number of years ago for a small repair , and they were very fair. I called them to quote this job and found them to be as good if not better than my first experience. They are cordial prompt and do a quality job.

I tried all kinds of people. Theres a name of somebody in Bozrah, I forgot his name with a C. I called him and he came over, and he recommended Saviour, because the leak was in the bottom. So, they dug out the yard and they changed the pipe in the bottom. They said there was a crack in the bottom there. Then the water started building up in the house and I called them again. They flushed it down to the sewer. They were very expensive, whatever they did was very expensive. I grade them a B for overall, because the price was so bad. When they dug in the yard, it cost $2,000. They also charged me for the toilet, $450 for another service, because they didnt know what it was when the water was building up. They used a crane an it damaged a little piece of my house when they were digging it down. They had to pull up a bush, and they got rid of that one too. It finally worked, the leak finally stopped dripping. Nobody knew, it was hard to find out what it was. I would say a C for price because it turned out to be so expensive, to me it sounds expensive. I dont know how it goes with other companies. They did pretty good except for the piece on the house.

Although I didn't know if the job could even be done, it went very smoothly for us.  Although the contractor ran into several obstacles during the job, and several modification to the original plan were made, the contractor kept on moving and maintained the agreed-to price.  We were very happy with the high quality work that was done.

I had sever companies came out to diagnose the problem they recommended snaking the line and after several faied attemps Mark from Saviour septic educated me on using high preassure water jetting insted of the commonly used the snnaking method. Ultimately we had to replace the main line due to sagging/settling of the pipe that they discovered with their video inspectin unit. Mark and his crew came out same day under emergency situation replaced main sewer line from the house to the septic tank. This job was not easy because half the main line was under my porch to the septic tank. I just appreciated there overall service and price. Im a very happy customer! Ill tell everybody about their services!

From a layman's perspective it went very well. Norm was recommended by a colleague who was initially recommended to us but who felt Norm was a better provider for this particular job, which for an excavator was a relatively small job. Norm came out to the house when he said he would, asked for a thorough description of what we needed to have done and then provided an estimate. We agreed on his price, which I thought seemed fair, and set a date for the work to be done. Norm and his assistant (like I said, it was a relatively small job for him) arrived early on the appointed day and got right to work. During the process he answered any and all questions I had and also explained exactly what was being done. They finished the job in one day, as promised. Norm was professional, friendly and matter-of-fact in terms of what needed to be done. When all was said and done, I had no complaints. The only thing that disturbed me was he is a big Dallas Cowboys fan.

    Better Built Basements LLC
The Better-Built-Basements team was discovered at the Mohegan Sun Home Show in January 2012. After researching similar contractors, Better-Built was selected and contacted in March 2012. Two representatives visited our home and the layout process was begun. My wife and I knew pretty much what we wanted and the Better Built team helped us to create a plan. This phase took about two months. After a delay on our part, construction began in August 2012. The completion date was established at Nov 30, 2012. The project was actually completed in April, 2013. Delays in the project did create some consternation for my wife and me. However, the final results made any inconvenience, well worth it!
A lead foreman was assigned to our project. The entire team took great measures to make sure we got exactly what we wanted (which we did). The project continued to evolve throughout the entire timeframe. The Better Built Team helped (and guided) us to pick out materials, including wood, lighting, electronics, flooring, and plumbing. They were able to use the irregular ceiling levels (due to heating ducting, carrying beams, etc) into distinct ceiling heights with crown molding that helped to define the different areas of the room (i.e. bar, theater, office, fitness room) They assisted with the selection of bar appliances, bathroom fixtures and theater electronics such as a large screen TV and audio. They provided flooring and paint samples. We called upon a female on their staff who helped to make color, fixture, lighting and layout choices. We consulted her throughout the entire project. She was really indispensable. The work site was kept clean throughout. A cleanup was conducted at the end of each work day.
The workmanship is stunning. All carpentry and woodwork including the bar, fireplace surround and mantle, chair rail, crown molding, bar, and bar and bath cabinets, doors (standard and pocket) was done by experienced craftsmen; staining and painting really perfect. The surround sound system was installed by an experienced young man who made good recommendations and helped to make some subtle changes that made the TV viewing area much better.
The building inspector confided in us that our basement was the nicest that he had ever seen! (really!!) When our friends visit our room for the first time (we haven't given it a name yet) their jaws literally drop.
Overall, the Better Built Team is a professional team of designers and builders. Their sub contractors were amazing, taking great pride in their work and acting as if the work they did was for themselves.
The final result far exceeded our expectations! We are so proud of our entertainment center and naturally, we LOVE IT!

Lions Head Home Improvement & Handyman Services
I was in the middle of finishing my basement when I found out I needed to move for my Job. Robert came by quickly, gave me a fair quote, and worked with me the whole time with his crew to get the room finished up. He had dry wall taped and sanded, painted, and finished trim work throughout the basement room, and also finished the ceiling in the garage with fireproof gypsum board and hung a drop ceiling in the basement. It was a lot of work that I need done very quickly, and he got right in there and did it. He really saved me and I go the house on the market right away. No one else could have gotten to this right away. and no one can touch the price. I did get a few quotes and he was the best.
