  • The vet returned my call within 10 minutes and said yes, he could do this procedure. He said I was third on his list for today so couldn't guarantee an arrival time, but called as he was leaving the second client, around the time I expected. He has a mobile clinic, so your pet is treated there, and I was allowed to watch. The procedure was done quickly and professionally, with a tech present. My cat hardly had time to get fidgety. I'm expecting the lab results on Monday. Please note rating of price is for a mobile vet. You will pay more than a regular visit to the vet. This is a great option for pets and owners who do not want to travel to the vet. Stated cost includes lab fee.

  • They're the best for cats. Their prices are much more reasonable. They have very good quality. I would use them again, without a doubt. Dr. Mary is the vet I use there. Everybody loves Dr. Mary. They're just a caring group. They're not so worried about money as they are to the care of animals. I've been using them for years. I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else, really.

  • Every night we got a little report card on how they were and they were very responsible about the heat (it's Tucson) and getting them exercise without risking too much outside time. On occasion they took them swimming in our pool ... both goldens simply love their visits. Previously we have used Sue for live in house and dog sitting and she was a rock star for us and our dogs. LOVE THIS GROUP.

  • I have been going here for years. This is the most compasionate and caring animal hospital I have ever seen. I go to Dr. Mary and she takes very good care of my cats. Her main concern is the health and wellbeing of my cats and not money! She's a wonderful vet and an all around great person!

  • I have been taking my 5 year old rescue dog to Who's Your Doggie once to twice a week for the last several months.  The staff has been very patience with her as she is very anxious in new situations.  They take time to introduce her to new dogs at her speed and greet her warmly even though she requires more work than some of the other dogs there.  The facility is not fancy, but has ample space and separations for the dogs to be put in the correct groupings to make sure everyone is happy.  She comes home happy and tired from all the playing.  The cost is comparable with other service providers in the area, but the drop off/pick up hours are generous.

  • We are one of these families who will go the extra mile and dollar for our pets. And for our hard-earned money, South Wilton and Dr. Robertson are the best value for the care we get. Dr. Robertson's knowledge is uncanny: she can figure out what's wrong with our dogs even before we describe all the symptoms! In my book, she is the Superwoman of vets.
It's true that in the past, not now, we've had a small communication problem with her staff. I believe it was out of being overprotective of Dr. Robertson's time. I mentioned the incident to the doctor and it was immediately addressed. But let me ask this: what office hasn't lived through a bit of miscommunication? It's nothing compared to the absolutely fantastic care your pets will receive with South Wilton vet. We have 10 years of proof.

  • The staff and Dr. Neil all couldn't have been any nicer.  They are all professional and respectful.  I look forward to a long standing relationship with this business.  They are so nice, it was a pleasant experience.

  • My Shetland Sheepdog, Lady, is an older dog with significant health problems. She has seen almost every doctor on staff at Broad River, and each of them have been extremely helpful in finding the correct diagnoses and treatments to keep her happy and healthy. We have been working with Dr. Zimels since we adopted Lady in 2006, and she has been incredibly helpful. She is always willing to even just talk on the phone when I have a question or concern. Dr. Lamothe has also been very helpful during this last stretch of difficulties including worsening arthritis and nutritional difficulties. Broad River refers to specialists when necessary, but can handle almost any issue in house without having to go elsewhere. They have been very flexible with timing for appointments, and also phone calls to answer quick questions. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone looking for a vet in the Norwalk area. The front desk staff are all friendly and very helpful. The techs and assistants are all great with the animals, and really care for them. Thanks to BRAH, Lady is much happier and healthier than she was just a year ago. They really helped us to figure out the problems she was having and find the appropriate treatments. I can't praise them highly enough.

  • Needed to have my dog's shots updated. Everyone was so welcoming & genuinely interested in making my dog feel at ease. The assistant spent a lot of time on the floor just petting her & building trust while we discussed her history. The fact that they didn't put her up on the examination table was a relief to both of us! This had always been upsetting to her in the past. Dr. Whitten also sat on the floor during his exam.  He was quite thorough even though my dog was not particularly cooperative. After the exam, I had asked that they clip her nails. I have never seen someone so patient as the assistant, Becky. Overall our experience was wonderful. I have since spoken to them about diet as well as training. I would not hesitate to recommend this group to anyone.

  • We have used dog walking and pet sitting services for several years in multiple states. In our experience, finding someone professional, personable and reliable is extremely difficult - which is why it was such a pleasure to find Ginger. We engaged her to walk our two Cavaliers for six days and stay at our house for five nights - she met all of our expectations, and we will be using her again. Ginger is: - Responsive. She quickly responded to questions leading up to our vacation, and made sure to keep us fully informed while we were away. We like daily updates when away from our dogs, whether it's a call, email or just a text message. Too often with other sitters we would hear nothing, finally send a quick email or text to check in, and wait hours for a reply. Ginger proactively contacted us every day, letting us know she was at our house, spending time with our dogs, and that all was well. - Professional. We have had pet sitters in the past who have left our house in a shambles. Ginger looked after our home beautifully, collecting mail, making herself at home with being respectful of our property, and left no trace she had been here. - Personable. We've met a lot of dog walkers and pet sitters who are ... well, a little weird. Ginger is a lovely person - bubbly, smart, and her care and concern for both our pets and our home was evident from our very first meeting. Overall, we can absolutely recommend Ginger if you're looking for dog walking or pet sitting services. Her prices are competitive, her service exceptional, and both we (and our dogs) are looking forward to using her again.
