Remodeling Kitchen And Bath reviews in Norwalk

I'm extremely happy with Brad's work and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. He did a complete overhaul of my bathroom including full demo, new tub, new floor and wall tile, shower niche, custom shelving, new vanity, additional electrical outlets, installed all bathroom hardware & accessories, and painted. He was very responsive from the start. He came out to give an estimate the day after I called him and even returned 6 months later the day some back-ordered hardware was delivered. And his price was very reasonable when compared to the other estimates I received. I was most impressed with his overall knowledge of materials, methods, and installed products. He was happy to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot of them) and provide recommendations, and reasons for his reco's, when I was pre-ordering the bathroom finishes (tub, toilet, vanity, light fixture, tile, accessories, etc.). They say in construction you want a good price, quality work, timeliness, but you can only get 2 of the 3. Brad definitely provided all 3 at once.

This is my second time hiring Brad (he remodeled my powder room in 2016) and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. He is all of the things you hope for in a contractor, but rarely find; he is friendly, timely, reasonable in his estimation given the topnotch quality of his work, and he completed everything on time and on budget. His expertise and advice during the remodel helped me decide what worked best for the space (a 1933 cape with dormer ceilings) and he invested the care I would have given myself had I attempted the project. I'll be hiring him again to redo my 2nd bathroom in 2019 and have recommended his services to friends and neighbors in the area! A+!!!

I can't say enough good about Brad and BC Andersen. After a visit, he provided us a complete and reasonable quote, with all inclusive pricing and an estimate of the amount of time the job would take. He really cared about saving us money, where it was appropriate to do so, but made sure that the job maintained the quality of workmanship and products that we had hoped for. It was so great that he and his team did all of the work, themselves (plumbing, electrician, painting, tiling, etc). He set expectations on his daily arrival time (8 AM) and was here every day on time. The entire area was clean, every day. We are so happy with the results.

After 20 years of living with an outdated master bath my wife and I decided to do a full remodeling. We hired an interior designer to gather ideas and concepts and then went to Angie’s list to find a contractor. We selected 4 contractors to get estimates from but after speaking with Brad we knew that there was no need to look further. His expertise and knowledge around all areas of the remodel were fantastic. Not only did he know right away what we were truly trying to accomplish, he also made recommendations that our own designer didn’t think of, things that truly worked out for the space and our overall design. Brad and his team were very punctual, professional but most of all clean. Even though our whole master bathroom was gutted you would never have known that a major construction project was going on. Be it another bathroom or kitchen remodel, whatever we decide to tackle next we know that Brad will be part of the project. Thanks again Brad!

Another OUTSTANDING renovation by Rocco and his team. Punctual, clean and top quality craftsmanship in converting our 1980s style bathroom into a modern spa-like showpiece. The team removed our old tile, jacuzzi style bathtub, funky hardware and vanity expeditiously. Then roughed the plumbing, laid new tile, installed soaking tub, shower, toilet, vanity etc with the care, skill and attention to detail of an absolute professional. For the record, Rocco’s team renovated our guest bathroom in 2015 and it still looks great! Needless to say, it was an easy decision to enlist Rocco’s team again.

We keep going back to Buildcase because first and foremost we trust them. Not only does Drago properly estimate the jobs we have given them, he has come up with creative solutions to systemic problems with our house that we thought were insolvable. His ideas for our basement remodel were far more usable and workable than my own plans, and really made it one of our favorite rooms in the house Their prices have been very fair considering the quality of work that they have done, and always within the allotted timeframe. No one likes bad news, but with an old house, problems do come up. Drago won't sugar coat it, he will tell you the way it is, and if he can't solve the problem, he will know someone who can. I would recommend them for any residential or commercial job needed.

In January, we quoted max with 2 other contractors. He did was not the cheapest nor most expensive, but had the best reviews and had the best insight. Phase 1 of the project was to renovate an original kitchen for a Colonial Split Ranch Home and replace a load bearing wall. Max was open to working with our supplied cabinets and counter top and appliances and tile. Not only was Max capable of doing the typical kitchen renovation but our architect unexpectedly recommended Max install a 1 ton load bearing beam across half the house to replace the load bearing wall and reinforce the post underneath in the 1st floor. Max and his team were able to take care of this more advanced work. We had some unexpected electrical work also, but Max and his electrician Isaac were able to take care of all our needs and work together efficiently. Phase 2 of the project was our full bathroom renovation adjoining the kitchen and update electrical, plumbing and crown molding. He was open to us picking out and providing fixtures like faucets, shower systems, and Max took care of everything else. Everything went as planned here and everyone was pleased with the results. Max was hands down the best contractor we have worked with. He and his team were efficient, professional, got the job done on time. His main strength was his great communication and willingness to make everything correct. He was willing to take calls out of business hours and even on weekends when we were in crunch time. With most renovations, unexpected things can come up, but he was willing to work and strategize with us to get a job done. An small example was when some of his painters had some issues paint matching, and the color did not turn out well. Max took care of this and corrected it at cost. I have no negatives for Max at all. I suppose the only thing I wish I could change was he wasn't as busy so he can start helping us with next project :)

Leo & Company was the best business we've hired for our home. They were on time, very nice, went to Home Depot for us to get our new toilets and supplies for the installation, finished quickly, and came back to perform minor adjustments as soon as we called them. Their prices are great and we plan to hire them for all of our plumbing and carpentry jobs.

Brad is wonderful! We had not undertaken a kitchen renovation before and were overwhelmed in many respects. We worked with a separate cabinet company and designer. Brad, however, was our go-to guy when we wanted to get an honest opinion on any aspect of the overall job, coordinating with inspectors and other contractors, etc. Brad and his team were prompt, friendly, on schedule and always cleaned up nightly. They truly were a pleasure to work with.

Cecy was easy to work with and gave us great suggestions and guidance. The price was competitive and the work was completed in the agreed upon time. We are so happy with the quality of work, and her team was very professional and clean (using drop cloths and vacuuming at the end of each day). She stopped by daily to ensure the work was going smoothly. Highly recommend and look forward to using her again.
