  Beautifully. Fabio explains the process beforehand. He and his assistant showed up on time and prepared to do the job to a high standard discreetly and efficiently. Afterward, Fabio showed me a before and after video and, frankly, I can't believe we were breathing air through the ducts before he made them whistle clean. The house feels better, comfortable and fresh. Although a bit pricier, his equipment, workmanship and standards are worth the extra. Thank you, Fabio.

  Could not recommend more highly!!! Fabio and his associate came out a few weeks ago and did a dryer vent cleaning - very thorough, reasonable, knowledgeable, and professional. Our duct was bent and not safe or efficient (I was unaware) and Fabio said he could replace it or repair it. To save $ I opted to repair it since we had a very old dryer. Then we bought a new dryer- the delivery people from Home Depot were so horrible that they left my dryer at my house uninstalled with the wrong cord - it had a stove cord on it instead of a dryer cord so it couldn't be plugged in. They didn't know english so we don't really know why they didn't install it - they said i had an old duct, but they delivered a new duct with the dryer?? Home Depot said we would have had to wait an additional week for their horrible people to come over and finish the job. B/c I had such a great experience with Fabio I called him back to put on a new duct - I did not feel confident that the Home Depot people would be able to do it and/or safely/corrctly. Fabio put on the new duct - the right kind of our particular situation AND changed the cord for me and didn't charge me for it (the cord change). He made sure everything was running perfectly. Checked our electric. Everything. He saved the day! Fabio came the day after i called him and had my new dryer up and running safely w/in an hour and 15 minutes. Thank you Fabio!!!!!! I can't recommend him more highly.

  Great! Dimitri explained everything to me. Showed me pictures of my system and told me exactly what he was doing. I knew when my AC was on my house wasn't getting cool fast, sure enough he told me half my vents were closed! He also changed the filter and coil in my dryer unit. The amount of hot air that was coming out of the back was frightening. The previous owners clearly didn't do anything with the hvac system or the dryer vent!

  It went OK and he did a good job. He did try to add more and I didn't like that part. I told him to take a picture and he didn't take a picture. The customer shouldn't have to tell them that, they should do that automatically. They should do before and after picture. When we buy a deal from Angie's List they should do that. I wouldn't use them again.

  Top notch service, however it was on the high end of the quotes I received.  The vents hadn't been cleaned in 20 years so I decided to go with a more thorough service than what most people need.

  The technician was a bit late - misjudged the traffic - but called periodically to give me updates on when to expect him.  He explained everything he was going to do, and worked in an efficient and professional manner.  He was also very careful of my hardwood floors, which had just been refinished.

  Paul was very professional and did a nice a job in a timely fashion.  In the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call upon his services again.  He even tried to help with questions with a gas fireplace which he doesn't service.  To me, that's going above and beyond his service.

  They were a little late. 20 minutes. Granted we recently had a big snow storm and they apologized. Plus once they were here, they were very polite and efficient. The whole inside cleaning only took about 25 minutes. Overall, our landlord choose the company but I would use them again for my own home.
