I only do oil changes but they're very nice when I go there and if there's a special, they always give me the special. I just use them for oil changes and I don't really have extensive knowledge. They're good. I would absolutely use them again. I wouldn't use them for other things. My car is new, so I don't have the need. They're very customer-oriented and they're friendly. Their prices are good.

Brakes were replaced but new knocking sound introduced. Returned and owner agreed sound was present after test drive. However, he said it was from the strut caused by putting the car on the lift to replace the brakes. I'm not convinced. sound goes away when brake pedal is slightly depressed. I now have to take the car elsewhere to determine the cause!

The project was extensive and the guys at National Transmission did a great job. After it was done, I was brought into the garage and shown the new parts as installed and we inspected the rusted and replaced parts that were discarded. The work was priced as estimated and done on time.

They are independent. We’ve taken the car there a couple of times. They are very good. I use them for second opinion. My aunt has a Buick. It is an older car. They’ll tell you not to do it, it’s not worth it in this car and don’t invest so much money. My aunt’s car is like a station car. They don’t want you to waste your money on a car that has so much life left into it, which is a good thing while other mechanics wouldn’t care and they would just take your money. That is why I like taking her car down there because this is an older car and I don’t need to invest a ton of money into it.

We take both of our cars there. It wasn’t that expensive because the car is under warranty. The head guy there is very accommodating. His name is Gary. I am very diligent about sounds in the cars. If I hear something and I can’t explain to them correctly, they’ll let me have a mechanic and I will take him out for a drive. I would say, “Can you hear that?” They will say they will fix it. I can’t tell this sound or that sound or wherever it is. Sometimes they can’t hear what I’m hearing so I will take them out for a test drive because the sound that I hear is out of certain speed. If they can’t hear it then they can’t fix it. They are very good about letting me take the mechanic out for a while and they can fix whatever it needs to be fixed. I love that. Not a lot of places will put up with someone like me because I want stuff done right. It drives me crazy when my car makes a certain sound when I go around a certain turn and a certain speed. I want it to be fixed. I keep on saying that the wheels are going to pop off.  They will take it for a ride and they will fix it. They will always fix it when you show it to them. I don’t take my car anywhere else. They will take my car anytime I call them. They are very fast.

I had a problem with a GMC dealer. It was basically a recall type issue on the vehicle. They have strung me on for weeks claiming that the order is back logged but I've been waiting six weeks now for a simple part to come in so that they can fix the problem. So I'm not happy with them at all. The provider is not the seller of the vehicle. There was a design flaw in the antenna. Basically the seal around the antenna was not designed properly by General Motors. I would tell people not to go there for service. They will lie to you. It is free because it is a recall. They gave me a sub compact to drive around while they had my SUV. Certainly they are cheap, there's no doubt about that. I should have got a comparably sized vehicle to my own. They did not even fix the problem after they'd had my car for three days. I took my vehicle back and when they have the antenna painted and ready to be put in, then I'll bring my vehicle back. They told me that the antenna is in transit but they don't know where it is.

i set up an appt the night before to have my brakes worked on by Dave at Shufelts. I was there at 8 AM and was driven back home by Dave. I was called at 10am to advise what needed to be done and was given options with the costs. I agreed to the procedure and was called again at noon that the car was ready and that they could pick me up at my home to bring me back to the shop. Usually I lease cars and don't have a need to use a mechanic. This car I own and feel good that there is a reliable mechanic to service the car. Nice experience, quality work, competitive price, family own business, that's been part of the community for decades.

His prices are always reasonable and he stands by his work. When he did the 120k maintenance on my Acura he got me fair pricing on OEM parts and showed me everything that was changed. I've used him ever since as have many of my friends and family. No complaints.

These guys not only repaired my 97 Acura RL air conditioning system they had it done in a day, saving me time and money to boot. Ken and Artie are courteous, knowledgable, and fast, they literally bend over backwards for their customers.

In preparation for a long road trip, I  took my Subaru in for some overdue servicing and repairs. Didn't have to wait long to get an appointment, which was nice, and they were able to provide me with a loaner car. Being a working person, this made having repairs much easier. They kept me informed of my costs and the progress of my repairs. I will go back to this dealership for service again. I learned my lesson by going elsewhere. I have leased and/or purchased three vehicles from Garavelle Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge and Georgetown Subaru. The waiting area is pleasant, too.
